Landmark At Cypress Falls

Use to live here after the army from 2011 – 2013. Place was terrible the staff was just plain rude I mean you can call for anything and they acted like they don’t have time for you and blow you off. The apartment are fairly nice in the Inside and I got a 50 dollar discount for being in the military which was nice but the kind of people who lived there weren’t the best group the parking was Terrible I mean so bad you would have to park at the front of the complex and walk to the back where you lived if you came home after 7 pm so a lot of people who got good spots who claim these front row spots as in husband or wife is leaving the spouse would grab the other car and park it there my mustang was drew on with a sharpie they say you have individual water meters but I always got bills for 4400 gallons even when we went on vacation for 2 weeks and now my house with3 people we only use 3500 on average they are not a energy efficient apartment which none really are but I can tell you my average summer light bill was 180 –200 a month in a one bedroom my home now 2080sq ft cost me maybe 120 hmmmm. So if you can afford it in you budget I would say look elsewhere but what do I know

We rented here for 2 years and it was an awful experience. There is never parking so be prepared to walk far day or night. The front office is rude and not helpful. The grounds are constantly littered with trash. Beware !!! Do not rent here.

Dangerous black mild spores throughout the entire complex. Staff was in complete denial about any issues with the facility. Unwilling to fix any problems and were rude to us and my children. Charged us 676 $ for carpet that was warn out when we moved it. We stayed for 4 years. Do not move in. Don’t even consider it. Beth, the property manager, isn’t doing her job and endangering the health of everyone living there. Also, if you are a big fan a seeing a real drug deal go down, just watch the parking lot in front of the office anytime when its dark, and you’ll get a show. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Worst apartment ever. Staff is rude and maintenance never comes even during business hours. The water has been coming out brown all day and you cant get anyone on the phone to fix it. Smh. Thank god the lease will be up soon. I don’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

My favorite apartment, ever. Friendly staff, enormous apartment. Sad to move, but glad to be getting into a house! Would recommend to anyone.
