Lauren did our front yard re-design last fall. She seemed professional and confident. When she told me that she wanted to be «my landscaper for life» I was sold. She said she wanted to know about any problems/concerns I had so that she could fix it.
Her crew was very professional and we were thrilled with the results.
Flash forward to this spring. She came to my home at my request to talk about refreshing the front beds and starting some work in the back yard. She said she would get back to me.
That was a month ago. She has not responded to emails or voice mail. Which was an issue this fall as well, but I was so happy with the finished product I let it slide. I’m really disappointed.
