Klein Family Dental

I moved to Houston in the mid-80’s (yes, I’m old), and spent two years in the dentist chair at Dr. Klein’s office, which formerly was the office of Dr. William Ferris, who retired and sold his practice to Dr. Klein. Dr. Ferris over those two years replaced/​redid/​repaired the extensive dental work I had had done over the years which was barely hanging together w/​baling wire and chewing gum. Dr. Ferris was phenomenal and I trusted him completely to manage and oversee my dental health, which I know was quite a challenge. So, when he retired I was VERY UPSET that I would have to find another dentist. I did not «go along quietly!»
Anyways, Dr. Aric Klein and his wife Dr. Klein took over Dr. Ferris’s practice, and I can say that I have come to trust them just as I always trusted Dr. Ferris before them. I know I am in good hands w/​them, and I recommend them AND all their staff (shout-​out to Carey!!!) without reservation.
Also, I had a crown replaced last year as part of one of the three bridges in my mouth. It had deteriorated and HAD to be replaced. Evenso, my insurance company denied my claim, which was a totally legit claim. NO WAY! They should have covered that procedure. And Dr. Klein tenaciously fought their repeated denials — one after another after another — until FINALLY 7 months letter I received a letter saying they have reversed their decision and they are now going to pay the claim. The insurance company TOTALLY blew me off, and Dr. Klein took the time and persisted in responding to their denials to get the cost reimbursed, as it always should have been. I feel certain that without Dr. Klein’s perseverance, I would not have prevailed.
Don’t mess around. If you live anywhere in the area and you’re looking for a dentist, Dr. Klein is your man. You can thank me later.

I just left from my first cleaning at Klein Family Dental. This is the best dentist office that I’ve ever visited! The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgable. Allison cleaned my teeth and did a great job. (Full disclosure, we were friends before I came to get my teeth cleaned. I was still leery of visiting her to get my teeth cleaned bc I’ve had terrible experiences with dental hygienists in the past.)
I’m sure that everyone’s experienced the overzealous dental hygienist, and Allison is definitely not one of them! She cleaned my teeth, cracked a few jokes, sang me a song, and didn’t scrape my gums once! Dr. Aric Klein checked my teeth afterwards, and he was friendly, approachable, and was able to speak on my level about my teeth and what dental work I need done.
I highly recommend Klein Family Dental, and I will be back in the future!
