When Home Depot wasn’t able to duplicate a key I needed, they recommended this place. It was less than a mile away and I guess they had a good working relationship. So I headed over and went on a self-guided tour of their numerous safes and lock options… and even entertained myself with the colorful key and keychain options. I was helped by a gentleman who not only gave me what I needed, but was able to expertly explain the differences in keys and why certain places have or do not have them, which was nice. Keys were made, I paid and that was it! Nothing more I could ask for a key duplicating establishment!

I was told a locksmith would be at my location in approximately 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I called again. Was told they were having difficulty finding who the job was dispatched to but it had been dispatched. They would call me back. Next call I received was from another locksmith company that the job had been given to as they would not be able to service me. Second locksmith arrived in the time he said and did an excellent job (I think it was Compass Safe and Lock).
