I have been to this location a few times the wait is not long and I see Dr. Benge. I have a son who I always have with me and his nurses are always so kind to us. I had a primary doctor for a very long time in the medical area and was unsure about changing doctors but i gave it a shot and I’m really happy that I did.

Very difficult on line staff. Called me to give results of X-​ray and then refused to give me results because mother not able to give ok. She has a head injury with no short term memory!!! Why call me then!

I am done with Kelsey Seybold. Not just one clinic, all of them. I’m done with the whole Kelsey Seybold medical system. I was given an appointment to one clinic, drove an hour to the appointment at the Holcombe Clinic only to be told the appointment was at the Vintage. I drove across town to the Vintage Clinic and now I can’t see the doctor and I have to reschedule because «I’m five minutes late and the nurse needs more time to interview for my medical history.»
Overall, setting appointments all over town and hit or miss scheduling and hit or miss medical guessing has turned me off from using Kelsey Seybold as my medical provider. I’m just done.

I have been coming here for several years ever since it opened. I can’t think of anything negative to say. All of my visits have met my expectations with the receptionists, nurses and doctors. Also most of my appointments have been timely. I am glad to have this facility located here.
