Kat’s classes are a fantastic workout. I run, play basketball, and lift weights, and Kat’s classes are the perfect complement to these activities. I’ve been working out with Kat for over a year and I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my strength and muscle endurance. I’m feeling much more toned as well. This is a great workout if you’re looking for an alternative to the gym and/or weight-lifting. It’s just super fun, and it’s the hardest workout I’ve done since high school sports!

Amazing person and awesome yoga class! Definitely worth trying… doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or you have experience with yoga/pilates/fitness. You’ll get a great workout and leave with a smile on your face. Health and fitness is a huge part of my life and I always leave class drenched in sweat but feeling more flexible with renewed energy. I look forward to this class every week.

Kat’s classes kick butt — no joke! Kat is an excellent trainer and awesome person who truly loves what she does. Her classes are a combination of yoga sequences, intervals and weights. Fact — you WILL sweat(hard), but you’ll be so glad because the results show BIG time. So, if you’re looking to really get results and have fun, then you must try her yoga boot camp!
