Karrie Chang-RE/MAX Space Center-Clear Lake

I would love to give Karrie Chang a negative rating. We leased a house from her and she acted as the owner’s agent (so basically the landlord). I would tell the whole story, but essentially she’s just a horrible person. She always blamed us for anything that ever went wrong with the house and continues to do so now after we’ve left. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this woman. The person who gave her 5 stars probably did so because Karrie acts as her property manager. Makes sense. Any time she actually DOES agree to «fix» something, she uses the cheapest possible labor and parts. It may be fine to use her to buy a house (although she barely speaks English and she’s very rude), but never, EVER lease a house from this woman. Seriously. You’ll regret it.

Karrie is a fabulous real estate agent. We’ve purchased 3, yes 3 homes from her over a span of a decade and have been happy with her expertise and professionalism. We have been nothing but happy with Karrie and her team. Karrie is direct, very knowledgeable, and a no-​nonsense businesswoman. She and her team have been excellent to deal with. In addition to locating great houses, Karrie is also our property manager. In this business it’s difficult to find trustworthy, smart, hard-​working people, and boy, are we happy to have her on our team. I have worked with a lot of agents, and most of them are of poor quality. I highly, highly recommend Karrie Chang if you’re looking for one of the best agents out there.
