Talk about wow and pow. There are a lot of purses to look at and the fragrances and the designs are really nice and peaceful to look at. Really detailed layouts of every purse on the shelf.

Usually I prefer to shop this brand online to avoid the snooty staff that is typically employed at the Juicy Couture locations, however there was an item that I absolutely couldn’t wait to have and waiting for it to come in the mail just wouldn’t do. So, on Labor Day and braving afternoon traffic, my boyfriend and I drove the 45 minute trek of doom from The Woodlands to the Galleria area. On the way, I checked the Galleria’s website on his iPhone to see what time the mall would be closing due to the holiday, but could find no such information. When we arrived, to our dismay we found that many of the shops had closed already though we passed by a few that looked like they might be lingering to try and squeeze in a few more customers. Hoping to not have wasted a trip, we briskly walked towards Juicy Couture. Despite Louis Vuitton next door already having closed up shop, Juicy Couture was still open at 5:58pm with customers inside. The store is brightly decorated with pink walls and various slogans in Old English font, similar to that of the website. What I saw of the clothing section seemed to leave much to desire considering the fairly vast selection available online, however they did have the EXACT item I came in to get(a zip-enclosed wallet in black velour). Despite appearing to be in the process of closing up, not one but TWO employees asked us if we would like any help, and the second(a pretty Asian girl with an adorable haircut; regretfully I did not get her name) noticed the item I was holding and offered to get a brand new one out of the back that still had plastic and tissue paper still tucked inside. She escorted us to a register after she made sure we were finished shopping and promptly rang us out. After the transaction was complete, she walked around the register with my bag and handed it to me, and thanked me for shopping there. :) Because they were closing up their doors, she walked us out but cheerfully answered a quick question I had regarding an item that I’d seen online before and wanted to know if the stores ever carried it. To sum it up, kudos to JC for staying open up until the very last minute on Labor Day, and for the outstanding customer service experience! Suffice to say I didn’t feel the least bit guilty for paying $ 60+ for a wallet and will definitely shop the assortment here in the future for the cute charms, jewelry, accessories, etc etc.
