I had a very bad experience with a home I leased from this company. The agent leased me a home that belonged to her parents. They refused to do any repairs to the bad flooring in the house. They owner called me and rambled on about how someone had died in the house and that I should just move out. I stayed in the house for two years and nothing was done about the floor. The lease was up a month ago and I moved out and I’m still waiting on my deposit.
