I have never had a worse medical experience in my life than I did at this office. For starters, Dr. Bridger walked into the room the morning of my procedure and immediately began berating me, calling me a liar, and insulting my intelligence. I have never wanted to walk out of an office so badly in my life. While I was openly nervous and was supposed to be sedated, and he was about to begin the fillings, I started to tear up. He looked down and me and snapped«stop crying. It just makes it worse.» AREYOUJOKING??? I spent weeks on the phone going back and forth with his receptionists to schedule the procedure, and they could not have been more rude and incompetent. My procedure was once rescheduled because they booked another surgery over my time. Once, I received a voicemail with a confirmation and then received a call the next day from an extremely angry woman about how I had been told to call and reschedule — a huge lie, as the message had been to confirm. One afternoon, they called to offer me an appointment the next morning, which I couldn’t make, and when I called back to say no, I was told they weren’t even open that day!!! Dr. Bridger yelled at me for«cancelling» that appointment, as it was a huge inconvenience to them when they were planning on coming in for me on their day off. It was an appointment I had never made! I’m fairly certain that his staff lies to him to cover up their own mistakes, which results in him yelling at his patients. They are obviously nervous around him — because he is a huge misogynist and extremely condescending to his staff constantly. It is embarrassing to even be in the room while he is talking to them, and the way he addressed me was barely a mark better. My «sedation» was a series of pills, given one at a time 20 minutes apart, that didn’t help ATALL for my actual procedure but put me to bed for the next 20 hours, by the time they had all kicked in. When I awoke, I was in a lot of pain, and my fiancé called the office to ask what to give me – they responded«It isn’t a painful procedure, so???» I spent a TON of money at this office, and all I was left with was anger, frustration — oh, and 5 months(and counting) of dental pain from an incorrectly done filling that now needs a root canal. And yes, you’d better believe Dr. Bridger yelled at me and made that«my fault» as well… I only wish I had trusted my instincts and ran out of that room.

Clinically, Dr. Bridger is experienced and competent. However bring your checkbook!!! I had a root canal and replacement of an existing crown which was quite pricey but acceptable because of his sedation dentistry. However today I received an invoice for two x-rays and an $ 80 exam when I went in to have the new crown placed. These were done without my approval or agreement. He was simply trying to talk me into replacing all my fillings with crowns!!! So I am billed for his Marketing costs!!! Unbelievable!!! If you go to him, be prepared to be pressured to replace all dental work in your mouth! While undergoing the placement, fitting, and cementing of the new crown, Dr. Bridger was inappropriately snapping and condescending with his assistants which made me very uncomfortable! I recommend you shop around for another dentist!!!

I broke a tooth Sunday night and was able to get an appointment first thing Tuesday morning to see Dr. Bridger. Ended up needing a crown– the 3rd one he has done for me. Staff is usually very inviting and makes you feel comfortable. They go over all payment info in advance of any treatment and explain any questions. His staff provides you a blanket during treatment and offers headphones to make you feel at ease. Dr. Bridger asks you multiple times throughout the procedure if you’re doing ok, need anything, feeling comfortable– all things considered. Each evening after I’ve had a crown he personally calls to check up on you. Definitely recommend him– takes great care of his patients and follow up in the evening is unheard of. Whether for my 6 month check up or needing dental work, Dr. Bridger always takes plenty of time with his patients to put you at ease.

went back to Dr. Bridger yesterday and as usual he and his staff was pleasant, professional and overall great! the dental hygenists there are very well educated, experienced and really seem to care. they are really good about after-care too.

Dr. Bridger and his staff are friendly and helpful. However, after paying for full dental xrays, they charged an additional fee just to get them(although technically, I already paid for them). They never communicated that you would have to pay an additional fee to get them(I have not gotten xrays from a doctor, but my vet gave me xrays of my dog with no additional fee). They promote that they have a payment plan but they don’t really have one, all they do is promote a third-party credit card. I was disappointed. I don’t think you should pay for something twice!
