Jersey Mike’s Subs

Just left Jersey Mikes and the amount of meat and tuna in our sandwiches was laughable. This location used to be so good but has gone down hill the last few times. Probably won’t be back.

Every sandwich has always been delicious and made quickly. The service is super friendly and always very inviting. I’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone that likes Sub sandwiches. They know their craft here and they know it very well. Never have I been here to see anything negative or to cause a bad experience.

Came in around lunch time and ordered the Buffalo chicken cheese steak, because hey who doesn’t like buffalo chicken and cheese steak. Man was it a good pick! Nice traditional buffalo sauce and juicy chicken and cheese. Great service with a smile. Lovely stop for lunch.

Save yourself the headache and go to Jimmy Johns down the street. Jimmy Johns has always made my order correctly. This employees at this location cannot fulfill the order correctly. I enjoy Jersey Mikes sandwiches but know that you have to watch them build your sandwich or they will screw it up. Twice I have sent my wife to pick up some sandwiches and they have built them wrong. Today only one of the four sandwiches was built as ordered. (1) ordered a Philly cheesesteak for young son with no peppers or onion. He unwraps it at home and what do you know, it’s loaded with peppers and onions. (2) Another Philly cheesesteak with no peppers for another son. Unwrap it home and guess what… peppers. (3). My order was the club sub, with no tomatoes, no onions, and no oil and vinegar because it gets soggy by the time it comes home. And… at home it’s got onions and oil and vinegar and is a soggy piece of shit. I just ate around the soggy part. (4) Chicken Ranch cheesesteak… made correctly. Yay! I should have taken them back to the store, but chose not too. Like I said, if you go here you have to watch them.

When they first opened it was great, the veggies on the sandwiches were so fresh, but then one time I got a staple in my sandwich. I waited a long time before returning. When I did the lettuce looked old. It tasted old & that night I got sick. I won’t go back.

The Philly cheesesteak is so good i always slow down so i can savor it! Tried a club supreme today… mikes way… it was so good i wish i had more space to eat another!

I love me some subs, way better then subway especially when u get it mikes way!!! A kick of unique Italian flavor son your sub it the best of all!!!

Jersey Mikes subs are ok. I can think of 6 other sandwich joints, by far, better then, Jersey Mike subs! #1 Firehouse subs, #2 Potbelly, #3 Jimmy Johns, #4 Jasons Deli, #5 Quiznos #6 Subway… With that being said, «this location, of Jersey Mike Subs, is horible!» If I had 5 hands, I would give it 5 thumbs down!

I am extremely disappointed in Jersey Mikes. They are giving hot ham a bad name. Hot ham is not BOLOGNA with a red ring on it. In fact all the meat on my Italian sandwich tasted like bologna. Disgusting. Sorry folks, but hot ham does not taste like that. I know this isn’t New York and capicolla or hot ham might be expensive to import, but COME ON. I wonder if the Jersey Mikes in the east serves the same tasteless meat. The bun and the lettuce were great. The girl making the sandwiches was the absolute slowest moving individual I have ever encountered.

The first time I had Jersey Mikes I had just left the hospital after a false labor scare with my son. The doctor gave me some medicine through my IV to make my loopy and I was so out of it, I just wanted to eat. So my dad took me here, went in and grabbed me a Philly cheese steak, I went back to his house and ate the whole thing in probably five minutes. I think I was so hungry, and messed up from the medicine that anything probably would have tasted good to me. But damn, that was a delicious sandwich.

First time here, I wanted to try it out because for some reason the food looked of higher quality than subway or most sandwich shops. First of all, the service were these 2 teenagers that weren’t mentally there. I had to repeat my order twice for them to understand. They still got the order wrong. But we ended up paying for it since we were so hungry. I get home and wow the quality is disgusting. Worse quality than any bad subway I’ve been too. Tasted like a gas stations sandwich. Never again.

I had the best sub. The girl working was so helpful being our first time and made great recommendations. They slice all the meat and cheese right in front of you! Talk about fresh. My new fav sub spot. My mom enjoyed it too! Delish

Nothing about this place makes me want to return, especially the ingredients. Went when they first opened but it didn’t distinguish itself from other sub shop places. owner was just sitting at a table with shorts on typing on his tablet. Not real friendly. Sandwich just blah.

I am a low carb dieter. I got so excited to see that Jersey Mikes had sub in a tub! I reviewed the nutritional facts on the website and headed over for lunch. This location had two of the 8 subs I could eat (low carb/​low sugar) on the menu, neither of which were spectacular choices. Turkey and provolone or roast beef and provolone, nothing exciting. Even after ordering the roast beef and provolone in a tub, I was extremely disappointed, and angry. I paid almost $ 8 for three thin slices of cheese and a measly sprinkle of beef. SPRINKLE! Also, if you like mustard, look elsewhere. They don’t have any. They have mayo, oil and vinegar, and ceaser dressing. No Ranch, no Italian, nothing else. And no variety of toppings. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and peppers. That’s it. No spinach or cucumbers or carrots, or guacamole, nothing else. I just hoped that for $ 8 it would at least taste good. I was wrong, it tasted like nothing. Nothing. Flavorless. Very angry customer. I don’t go out of my way to meet dietary requirements and pay premium price for three slices of cheese and a sprinkle of meat on some lettuce. Rip off. Never going back and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family that this place is delusional. Don’t eat here.

I’ve never had «Jersey Mike’s» before and this was my first time and this review will be based on this location. I mean they are supposed to be representing Jersey Mike are they not?
I walk in, it looks clean, that’s good. Then when I start talking to the people behind the counter it starts going downhill. They were just busy on their phones and goofing around in the back. that didnt bother me too much as long as i got a good sandwich. But, alas, I didnt get a good sandwich. There was nothing different about this place that i could have just made at home. Everything tasted like it was frozen and heated up in a micro wave. the bread tasted too plain or stale or something. The girl ringing me up was nice but then disappeared. the guy who made my sandwich i think was a bit absent minded. He asked me a few times what i had on my sandwich when the girl wrote the order and put it right next to him. Even after he was done, he forgot some sauce on it. The two sandwiches i ordered for my gf and I was definitely not worth the price i had paid for.
I didnt even have the stomach to finish it all. looks like i wont be coming back here.

Get the Italian done Mike’s way! Freshest ingredients in Houston sliced in front of you like a «real» deli! Also catering is GREAT for parties or office lunches!

My husband loves this place because he is from up North & I guess this was a staple there. We have been to a different location over in the Energy Corridor & for some reason my experience there was a lot better. My husband continues to want to come here but I am just not compelled. They don’t have as many options as say, Quiznos to me & I just don’t get the hype.

Had a bad experience last Saturday (10÷5÷2013) on FM 1960 in Houston near Jones Road. It is sad when I pay the premium for a JM sub and get less meat than what comes on a subway sub. I am not a happy camper. My wife said the person was not someone that she has seen on the slicer before and she goes in at least once a week… sometimes more. Is Jersey Mikes starting to cut back on product but expecting to still get the same premium price? I am normally very happy but this was absolutely a horrible lunch today. Would call it more of a meat flavored bread that is how little meat there was.
When I tried to call for the manager guess what? Yepper… no manager in the store on a Saturday afternoon. How do you not have a manager in the store to keep things moving smoothly and making sure that people are doing what they are supposed to? Very disappointing… VERY disappointing
Here we are a week later and… you guessed it… no contact from the store and the only contact from the corporate office was someone telling me to fill out complaint online (which I had already done). VERY disappointing. I wish I had never told my friends to go to this store in NW Houston. Not even CLOSE to the same as the one on Kirby and the one on Westhiemer. Guess it is back to Lenny’s for me.
LOL…My wife just tried to call them again to see if they were going to do something about last Saturday’s crappy experience, and mind you it is noon here in Texas, and you know what he said? NOTHING! Why? Because there is no manager in the store AGAIN. Noon on a Saturday and there is no manager in the store, No one has contacted me about my experience last Saturday and the manager of the store is missing in action. I think this Jersey Mike’s location is probably one of the worst things that could have ever happened to the CY-​FAIR area. They need to be run out of town.
Avoid this location at ALL costs. Worst Jersey Mike’s I have EVER been to.

Had lunch here with a friend Friday… it was average… employees were friendly… manager came by and said hello.
