I absolutely love James Avery! I could spend hours in the store and spend way too much money.
I came into this location to get my chain cleaned as well ad my charm bracelet. My necklace had my hair all tangled in it and looked like a mess.
I was immediately greeted when I walked and was given plenty of space as I browsed for a set of earrings.
I found a pair that I wanted checked out and left my jewelry that needed to be cleaned.

I’ve collected jewelry from James Avery since I was 16! I had 38 pieces that needed to be cleaned. I didn’t want to have to make tons of trips, so I took it all up there. Before I even bought anything the Assistant Manager took all my jewelry in at once to have it cleaned! I had to leave it for several days which was fine, but I was so impressed with their Customer Service and bought almost $ 400 worth of new jewelry! I now have 43 items and will always go back to the Kingwood location!

My mother introduced me to James Avery when I wad 13 and was hooked. from there. I absolutely live all the jewelry from James Avery. I can spend hours and too much money in James Avery stores.
This was my second time at this location. I had to exchange a charm that I already had. Of course it was busy due to it being right after the holidays but it did not stop the amazing customer service that they deliver on.

I was cleaning out my jewlery box last weekend and noticed that all of my James Avery pieces really needed a good polishing. I found out that I can drop off 5 pieces at a time here and they’ll be ready later that night (dropped off in the morning). Finally got everything all polished and shiny after a few days and every piece looks as good as new. The ladies were always super nice and friendly and I never had to wait more than a few seconds to be helped. I had three batches of jewelry that I took in. One really strange thing was for the first and last sets they put everything in the individual felt bags and boxes for me to take home but the lady who I picked up from the second time just threw 2 necklaces, a ring, and 2 sets of earrings all into one little plastic bag. I didn’t really like that since my necklaces ended up tangled but overall the service was excellent.
