Jack’s Glass Service

While I was gone on vacation, my satellite dish fell off my roof and was dangling next to my guest bedroom on the second floor. It had hit the glass on my window completely, shattering everything, leaving the room completely exposed to the outside elements. I called Jack’s Glass and spoke with the owner (maybe Jack himself, who knows), and he quoted me a fair price compared to what I got from other companies. What was most important was that he was able to send a team out the next morning to fix everything.
Andrew and Anthony (the guys who came out) were very professional, easy to work with, and had everything fixed to my satisfaction in about 30 minutes. They cleared all of the broken glass and even caulked a few windows that they noticed needed caulking at no cost. They also showed me some basic maintenance and items with my screen that I can do as well. Most importantly, they were the lowest price of the four companies I called.
I’d definitely call these guys back for any future window repair needs!

only gave the 1 star because you have to but they should get 0 stars, the lady that answers the phone is rude to start, which should have been a sign not to use them, they completely messed up my job, prices are high and they have terrible customer service.

Do not use Jacks Glass. We had a terrible experience with them. The took $ 700 from us and left us with something another company had to repair and complete. As of April 2015 they were inept. We wasted 3 or 4 weeks of renovation time hoping they could do the work they promised. Jacks Glass could not do what they promised but another company had no problem doing the job.

My parents needed a broken window replaced at their house and me being the amazing daughter that I am took it upon myself to find someone to come out and fix it. One of my friends recommended Jack’s Glass and of course the first thing I did was look them up on Unilocal.As a true Unilocaler I usually don’t use places who have under 3 ½ stars but I decided to use them anyway, because they could come out immediately. Plus I can’t really judge a business from 2 reviews.
So they came out, got it done and it was rather painless.
Also doesn’t hurt that one of the guys that came out was pretty damn good looking.
No but seriously they provided great and fast service. I would totally recommend them.
