When it’s late night after a few drinks, this is a quick stop. It’s Jack in the Box, you are not expecting first class food or service. They usually are decently quick about cranking out the food through the drive through. I just like the location after drinking in Montrose.

Went there Saturday during the rain to get a quick bite hoping to escape the rain for a bit. Nope. It was raining inside. In the kitchen and the seating area. Felt bad for the staff. How can MGMT do nothing about it?!? Danger for the kitchen staff and potential health hazard for customers.

I had vowed never to go to Jack in the Box again after a couple of horrible«hair» incidents at another location but it was a year later, I was on my way to an event and just wanted a small snack to hold me over so I just pulled through the drive through. I had to explain my ONE sandwich with the only description that there should be no onions on it 3 times and after waiting 20 minutes with only one other person in front of me, they still got it wrong. I paid for it anyway just to get away. I know it’s a crappy job but show some pride in what you do.

Stop by to grab a bite and it was a mess, not as in dirty, but as in the manager and let them hang around the front talking about nothing to do with Jack-in-the-Box. They didn’t care about their volume. A little professionalism goes a long way, and they didn’t have it. I will not return.

This Jack in the Box is not the best in its franchise. Service takes too much time, my sweet tea tasted rancid, and the food has left me feeling as though I caught a virus in my stomach, which is a problem I have never had with other Jack in the Box locations. Stay away if possible.

Food was fine, but the service is lacking. Mostly because they’re understaffed: one cook and one person running the front register *and* drive-thru on a Sunday at noon. A place in this busy location should be better-staffed.

The receipt is like a treat for me since I end up getting 4 tacos for just $ 1.07. I always have that exact amount before I even head over to the drive-thru! The service can be slow at times but I blame management for under staffing the place… but the girl who is usually in the window is very friendly and polite. I remember one time she got really excited to find out that I always fill out the online survey from the link listed on the receipt, that made me happy too. Then I went home and gorged on all 4 tacos and complained that I was entirely too full, talk about first world problems! Surprisingly the coffee there isn’t too shabby, but I only get it when I get a coupon.

In my experience this location continues to have service-related issues. The food is typical Jack — greasy fast food for late night adventures. However, you will sober up before you get it. The lines are always long and the service is painfully slow. If you have time, there are other places close that stay open 24 hours — have better food and service. However, if you aren’t prepared to leave the car — then you might just be stuck in the long line and have to wait.

Worst jack in the box in the city. They never get the order right and do yourself a favor, don’t add cheese to anything because you’re not going to get it, oh yes, you’ll «pay» for it, but will you receive it, he’ll no! Also the short, small, Mexican guy full of tattoos that«claims» to be the manager is a massive A-hole!!!

The absolute worst. This location is supposed to operate the drive-thru 24 hours and each of the ten or more times I’ve gone between the hours of 1am-4am an employee has informed me that the store is closed. I’ve been told an interesting and diverse assortment of excuses, from the machines being down to «sorry, we close the drive-thru at midnight», an employee says, from behind the window that says 24HOURDRIVE-THRU. I understand that it is typical of 24-hour fast food locations to close for about an hour in the middle of the night for cleaning, but this was never the case when I visited. During the day, this place is just as terrible, or perhaps worse because you actually get to deal with one of the charming employees face-to-face. The last time I visited this location, about five of the employees made eye contact with me and subsequently walked away when I approached the counter. It was as though the employees were hiding from their dreaded responsibilities. Finally, an employee was forced to attend to me after the fourth or fifth time I called«Hello?» As expected, my order was prepared wrong. I very clearly stated«PLAIN cheeseburger» and when I politely told the employee that it had ketchup on it, she responded«well you forgot to mention the plain part». She made sure I heard her when she told the food prep«now the dude decided he want[sic] it plain!» Like, really b****? I’m an unusually understanding and patient customer when I dine in public. I’m so amazed at this place’s s****y service that I was compelled to write a review and dissuade any potential customers from going there.

Went here once. Credit card reader didn’t work, so employee took my card in the back to use the drive through reader. Next day $ 300 was charged to my card at the Kroger next door and the Fiesta on Alabama. Tried to contact Jack in the Box headquarters but never heard back.

This is the slowest«fast» food restaurant I have ever been too. The person in the drive-thru line was rude and moody towards me after I had waited for ten minutes to give my order. I am currently starving to death in the line. There is a Kroger across the street and I am considering leaving my car to go and buy some chips because I have NODOUBT that my car will be in the same position after I return from Kroger.

If i could give this a 0 star review i would. The person working the register was completely rude and didn’t seem to give a shit about anybody there. Vanecia was the name printed on my receipt. She asked me what i wanted, i said 1 part of my order and she walks away! She then looked at me and said in an annoyed tone, «Is that all?» I said no, and gave the next part of me order… she walked away from me again. I asked for no pickles on my burger, there were pickles on it, I asked for no whipped cream on my shake, there was whipped cream on the shake. They dont pay attention to any customers. It was just the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. I hate that place and hope it closes down.

It was my local jack in the box. Exactly what I expected from a jack in the crack no more no less. Ate there every time before my seven different tests I had to take for my architectural liscencing exams…

This Jack in the box is a Hit and Miss. More Hits than misses, but still. Depending on who’s working the window, service might be good, service might suck. And I think that’s with any fast food place you go to. My last 2 visits there were a Hit and a Miss. The second to last one I got phenomenal service. and then the next time I went, not so good, especially since the employees on the inside seemed to be laughing at how frustrated I was getting when the window girl told me I needed to sign my receipt, didn’t explain why and then didn’t have a pen. Again, It’s a great late night place to go to, it does get packed, but don’t expect to be WOW’d

Definitely the worst fast food experience available inside the loop. Slow. Dirty. Disgusting. Rude employees. I’m not classist or anything, in fact I take on many pro bono cases for the indigent, but I don’t want to have the shit bugged out of me for quarters while I wait for fries. Seriously. Pick your battles. If you find a guy looking annoyed at life — don’t ask him for money. Brilliant. This is worse than the Shepherd Whataburger — which is hard to manage. But somehow they accomplish that feat like they were dragonborn to fulfill the destiny.

What is it about fast food locations in Montrose having to be so damned crackhead-ish? This one is another derelict central, just like McD’s and BK. They’re presently renovating the dining area, but it’s the clientele that needs serious renovation! Apart from that, Jack’s menu is a bit«all over the place». It’s got burgers, Mexican, Chinese, breakfast, and I don’t know what all. They try to do so many things that they end up doing nothing well. The tacos are a nightmare. A tortilla filled with what seems to be catfood, which is then thrown in it’s entirety into the deep fryer. Urp! They had an Asian rice and vegetable bowl with either chicken or beef which was actually decent and more meat than you’d expect, as well as a good sized serving. I guess it leaked out that it was not bad for fast food, because they promptly raised the price, cut the serving size literally in half, and took out 95% of the meat, leaving a small, expensive bowl of rice. How stupid. I’m a serious detractor when it comes to fast food, but even I’m in a hurry sometimes, so I hold my nose and stop at some chain or other. Believe me when I say Jack in the Box is the last place I stop before starvation. It’s the priciest of the chains and the bottom of the barrel when it comes to fast food.
