This jack in a box is awesome good. I’m never disappointed when I get a drink and meat or chicken burger. been going at this location for over 5 year. Still not use to it yet Because the one in reveille and park place I been going to that for 20 year.

just wanted to slip thru the drive thru to get my son something to eat. No receipt, so couldn’t do the survey. Nice staff… food was horrible. Fries were literally burned, but I didn’t notice till we got all the way home. Just burned to a crisp. Never never never will eat here again. What a waste of money. I passed up a Whataburger for burned food. SMH

This location can never quite seem to get it together. They are always super slow, which is hella annoying for a «fast food» place; wait times are ridiculous at the most random times and they just keep getting it wrong. Idk if it’s new people here or what’s happening but they seem to be declining in service. This morning, I waited a very long time for a 5 piece chicken nugget. No problem there because I wasn’t really in a rush. The manager even threw in a free milkshake. Cool… BUT, I get home to find out that my milkshake has a gnat in it & my junior bacon cheeseburger is a burnt up ass breakfast jack! Smh.

Food was good, typical of Jack in the Box. Drive thru order takers were awful. They were rude. My daughter had ordered the ‘snack pack’ along with our order. Rather than just telling us that it isn’t available, they waited until we pulled up to the window. They didn’t charge us for it, but just didn’t include it. The lady then said that we should have read the print-out board at the drive thru order sign to see that she didn’t include it. OK… then can we just order a meal for my daughter at the window? Well, we listened to a 2-minute lecture about how it’s OUR fault. We tried to get the lady to be quiet and calm down enough for us to possibly order a meal at the window. We were willing to pull off to the side and wait for it. However, we couldn’t even get in a word. She just wanted it understood that it’s our fault. After trying to get her to listen, we finally just got tired of trying. She kept saying«Let me tell you something!!! » We finally just drove away and my daughter got a meal from another restaurant. Staff is very rude. I hope their management does something before they chase off more customers.

This is a typical JNB. They take their time because they make your food fresh. Ok you won’t get out of there in 2 minutes but you will get good food!

A brunch of idiots. Repeated a simple order 4 times. About the 3rd time. The employee told us not to yell into the speaker because she is not at her register and she kept asking what we wanted. The place was dead also being around lunch time on a tuesday afternoon. I wonder why? I gave it a one because I need to write a review.
