Worst Jack I’ve ever been to. They clearly need new management. Just because it’s in the hood doesn’t mean it has to have poor customer service. Went in at 7AM& ordered 2 breakfast jacks and a hash brown. Right after I ordered, it had to be a shift change because 2 ladies walked in and the manager(had to be the manager due to his shirt, & only worked the register) said I’m out and clocked out & left and there were 3 customers behind me. No one came took their orders for about 10 minutes. The lady in the drive through was doing her job & the cook was doing her job. The worker who’d just arrived was on her phone. This was ridiculous. After that wait I got my food, and went to my car I checked my bag and saw that I had 2 jumbo jacks. Why in the hell would I want a burger at 7AM??? With hash browns? Extremely poor service!

This is the worst JIB I have ever visited. Orders are consistently wrong, the dining room is dirty, and you can expect to have someone try to hustle you for food or money. All while the staff stands there and watches. I won’t be back.
