John has done inspections for various clients of mine over the last 15 years and has always gone beyond what other inspectors would typically do. For one thing he seems to always go on the roof! I assure you most do not do that. He is very detailed and reliable as well as prompt with his inspection reports. The last client of mine that used his service remembered that he had stated that he lived a block away from the property she was purchasing. My Supra key battery died when we went for the walk-​through so she suggested we call him to save the day. He did just that, he was available and came right over to open the property so we could move on to the final close. I have always found John to be willing to do what ever he needed to do to make sure the client had the information they needed to make an informed decision about a property.
