The yogurt and the place were terrible. the smell inside was disgusting. Too many outstanding competitors to go back to this place.

This place was a little disappointing. About half of their machines were out of order. The poor girl behind the counter didn’t seem happy to work there. After tasting a few cups, we decided to go to another place. There were off brand toppings, from neighboring HEB!

It’s pretty cheap and tasty. I like the fact that you can mix your own flavors and put your toppings on yourself(as opposed to the person doing it for you). It’s also a neat place to hang out, do some work(free wifi), or just play connect four.

Here is the thing about frozen yogurt for me; I don’t like it. My sister loves frozen yogurt because it is a healthier option compared to ice cream. So she suggested we come here to have some dessert after some delicious hibachi. They have all kinds of flavors of yogurt such as; mango, oreo cookie, reeses pieces, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and cheesecake. The toppings were actually extremely fresh. I added strawberries, kiwis, mango, chocolate chips, cherries and whipped cream to mine and they all tasted wonderful. The man at the counter told my husband that he literally had the best looking dessert he had ever seen and my husband’s masterpiece posed for a picture. I loved the décor even though this is a very small place. I think there were three tables with four chairs at each with some table games for the youngins’. It was 24 $ for 4 huge cups of fro-yo. Not too bad, but I just don’t have a sweet tooth, no matter how hard I try. The woman working was delightful, joking and laughing with my nieces and complimenting us on our dessert choices. Also, you can’t beat the little discount cards they give you; you eat 5, you get 1⁄5 off your next order. You eat 10? You get a full one for free. So if you’re a fro-yo eater, this is a great deal. Nice place, nice people and fresh fruit! Not too shabby for my first fro-yo joint.

Being my lactose-intolerant self, I love fro-yo! Have you ever found yourself in a bad situation and tell yourself that you will never end up there again? Well, you end up there again, don’t you? This is what iYogurt is for me. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of coming here a number of times too many. I mean the optimist in me allows me to psych myself into believing that if I go one more time, surely the fro-yo will not be of some melted consistency and funky flavor. I mean surely, the toppings will be fresh this time! Alas, I am a fool. I even took my friend here because they have never had fro-yo before. I don’t think they understood that fro-yo can actually be quite amazing, and that this place should not be used as a gauge for fro-yo. The toppings are limited, and this fro-yo just isn’t worth the price. Unfortunately, Clear Lake doesn’t have many options when it comes to fro-yo, but I say venture out to Sprinkles(Gulf Frway @ Nasa 1), it’s atleast decent.

The fro-yoyo addiction continues. Unfortunately the selection is not huge here, but the peanut butter is quite good. Conveniently located next to 24 Hour Fitness and in between several tennis court locations in the area, you can make sure you always frustrate any sort of weight loss plan! Also conveniently located next to Quizno’s and near other barf-worthy options(e.g. 888) so you can skip AAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL of them and just come have your lunch/brunch/brinner/linner or other weird time-based meals here

We decided to give this place a try. It was not what we expected. Their selection is not good and the fruit did not look fresh at all. I’m definitely trying other places.

So glad I started coming here! There are several yogurt places to choose from in the area, but this is hands down the best! They don’t have a lot of flavors to choose from, but what they do have is so good! My favs are Red Velvet Cake and also Peanut Butter. I add Reese’s pieces to my peanut butter yogurt for a tasty little treat!

I’ve been to this place a couple times, and both times was under-whelmed. Both times there were only about 5 flavors to choose from, even though they have room for 12 – 14. So I get over that, and move to the toppings. I go for fresh strawberries– nope. Fresh mango-try again. Kiwi– nice try. So I walk over to the cash register and the lady charges me twice for one of my cups. After walking away confused that I got smaller bowls than I normally do at Swirl cause there are no ingredients and it costs less I about face. When I confront the girl about the mistake she said there was nothing she could do about it today, but I could get a free one next time. The only saving grace was that the guy that was there the second time actually gave me the free one. Overall– if you’re in Clear Lake and are looking for some fro-yo it wouldn’t be the worst stop in the world.

After perusing through H.E.B. for a dessert and coming up empty handed, I walked over to iYogurt today. The guy working was really nice and came from behind the counter to help me with my selection. I opted for the Oreo Cookie, the Reese’s Peanut Butter, and the Cake Batter. I topped it with a chocolate granola mix and light choc. syrup. The Oreo Cookie didn’t really have that much flavor, the Reese’s was o. k, and the Cake Batter was sweet(which made me happy). All of that for ~$ 4.00 vs. the $ 6+ that I would have paid at Swirll. Since they do not list the calorie count & fat for each flavor, you don’t really know if you are going off the chart with your purchase though.

So since going there for my first time 4 days ago, I have returned 3 times!(at least I can be a little more guilt-free since it’s fro yo AND since I can buy as small serving sizes as I like). The workers are really sweet and seem like good people. So this is the combo I’ve been getting and really liking: chocolate, manhattan cheesecake, peanut butter, and a little mango with the following toppings: strawberries, oreos, sprinkles, and choco chips.) They have a much larger array of toppings including bunch of different fruit, mochi, nuts, different cereals like golden grahams, as well as syrups. The best part is that my total is always around 3 something! I went with my sister last night and our total came out to be 6 something for the both of us. The low price definitely made the deal sweeter.

For weeks I had been hearing my colleagues rave about some new frozen yogurt place that recently opened up next to Quizno’s in the HEB shopping center, so I finally decided to try the place out for myself. I walked in and was a bit confused at first because I’ve never been to a self-serve fro-yo place before. The owner was in that night and gave me a quick run down of how the place worked and handed me some sample cups to try the various flavors. If you’re not familiar with these types of places, the process is fairly simple. You walk to the back of the store, grab one of the paper yogurt cups, fill it with whatever flavor of yogurt that your heart desires — don’t be afraid to mix and match either — and get as much as you want or as little. Then proceed to the front of the store and top your treat with whatever syrup, nut mix, candy, or fresh fruit that you like(or none if you prefer) and pop that sucker down on the scale. They base the price on how many ounces you have in your cup. The thing I really like about this place is the amount of flavors they have. My absolute favorite is the Peanut Butter. The last time I went they had the option to swirl the PB with Taro Root which I found to be a nice compliment to the nutty but not too sweet PB. Today when I went they had the PB with a coffee flavor and it was really nice as well though I prefer the Taro Root. Make sure you get an iYogurt punch card because your 6th yogurt is half off and your 10th is free!
