We needed to have a Home Inspection done asap and Joe was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. He showed up on time and completed his inspection as scheduled. We received the final inspection report with pictures later that night! Joe is very thorough, continues to stay up to date on new regulations through classes that can be viewed under his license number. I would recommend Joe and Inspections Now, Inc. to anyone who is looking for a great inspector at a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend using Inspections Now for a new construction home inspection. Joe was very accommodating to our schedule and did beyond what we were expecting. He was not only very experienced and thorough in his line of work but he also spoke our language, he explained things in a way where we understood the problem and what could come from it if it was not fixed.
My husband and I almost thought to not have an inspection done due to the home being new construction. Boy are we glad that we did! Thank you Joe!

I’m a first time home buyer and I was hesitant at first for having a home inspection for a brand new house. I’m glad I changed my mind, Joe came and spent about three hours checking everything in the house and he found some important things like the air conditioning not cooling as it should and the backyard needing some leveling to prevent standing water or even worse flooding… these are things that would end up costing me a lot on the long run. His report came few hours later in a PDF format file, it was very detailed and full of pictures showing all the problems that were found.
You would think that a brand new house won’t have any problems but you’ll be surprised with all these little or big things that adds up in the end.
It was a very pleasant experience, I would recommend Joe to any home buyer I know.

What an AWESOME experience for a first time homebuyer! Joe was extremelty thorough in his expections. He explained the entire process as he performed his inspections: things he was looking for and why he was looking for them. He was very patient when I had questions and addressed my concerns right away. He also gave me some pretty good preventitive maintenance tips as well. I would recommend him to anyone! He gave me peace of mind about buying my first home.
