AMAZING!!! I can’t say how great James and the other guy who came out with him were. They are serious about what they do and are definitely different than any repair or service company I have dealt with. They were very professional and explained the process thoroughly. They inspected the ducts in our attic and truthfully did not try to rip us off as most service companies would do. He honestly said that both of our systems were clean and in excellent condition. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who wants trustworthy and honest information.

They were great to work with! I had bought the group in because I needed my dryer vent cleaned, the other cents were just going to be a bonus.
Professional and showed up at the appointed time.
I ended up working a deal out with them at the time of service, which worked in my favor. As it panned out, they said my vents were actually pretty clean, but my dryer vent, due to it being at the top of our 2 story house (not on the side, which would have been far easier to get to), normally they would charge over $ 100 for just the dryer vent, but they would trade out the ducts for the dryer vent cleaning (which is what I really needed anyway).
After climbing up to the very top of our steep roof and vacuuming out the clog, which ended up being a densely packed in bird’s nest, about 2 feet at least in length, they stated that actually this would have been closer to a $ 300 job, at their regular rate.
I am happy to say our dryer is now working fantastically again and I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.

They did an AMAZING job. I didn’t realize how bad my air ducts were until he showed me. WE HAD MOLD! James took the time to explain what needed to be done, and was very proffesional. The before and after photos speak for themselves. My son’s asthma will not be giving him problems now. AND, I just found out that I’m pregnant and now I feel good about bringing a little one to a home free of mold and dust. I’d recommend Indoor Air Specialist to anyone.

I recently purchased a living social coupon for entire house air duct cleaning. Two guys came out, Chris is the person that I dealt with. Very professional, he explained everything he would be cleaning and taking apart. They actually clean vents through attic and go through each duct, clean return vents and grills. I actually had minor mold in both units which needed treatment. Of course, it was extra but overall very satisfied with work. They replaced filters I provided. Definitely worth it. Now we know we are breathing cleaner mold free air. Great job guys!
