Image Nails

Love this place. I get my nails and toes done there regularly. I also always add on a 10 min extra shoulder massage. It’s awesome, the shellac is always done well

I decided to try a new place since it had good reviews. I called and asked what the basic pedicure included and she said everything (taking off polish, cuticles, trimming nails, callus treatment). She asked if I was coming in and I said I’d be there in a few minutes, she asked for my name and thanked me (so nice!). I get there and the place was empty but looked clean and nice décor and furniture. I tell her I have old shellac polish on my feet and says ok! and she starts taking it off and when she’s done with one foot she tells me it’ll be 5 $ more because it’s shellac. I asked why she didn’t tell me before she started and she just kept saying «yeah, 5 $ more because it’s shellac». When she realized I was upset, she told me that if I got shellac manicure that she won’t charge me the 5 extra dollars. I wasn’t even planning on getting a manicure today because I misplaced my debit card but had some cash. My nails were okay, nothing bad but weren’t great either. I ended up paying 50 $ for both (a little overpriced considering I got the basic pedicure). The shellac in my hands looked like they needed another coat but I was honestly not wanting to argue, which is why I’m writing this review and never going there again.

Me and my husband decided to do a spa pedicure. Spontaneous thoughts are dangerous! Walked in and asked what the wait time was, to my surprise we sat down as soon as we walked in. The ladies are lovely and they attended to us with no issues. I’m really excited and happy that we decided to stop at an unfamiliar place. I will definitely go back for other services!

ive been here twice in the 2 months and absolutely love it! I went to the new place around the corner before I came to image nails and can definitely say I like image nails better.
First, my shellac didnt peel off within a week nor did they polish on my cuticle at image nails.
Second, my leg massage was wonderful! I had a young girl there, not sure her name but she was so attentive.
Third, the workers are extremely friendly!
I was hesitate to come here based on one of the reviewers review (shanna n.) But honestly, after visiting image nails, I don’t the slightest idea what her review is about since they don’t offer the fish pedicure.
Their place is not as new, but its very clean. The other place of course is cleaner since they’ve been open for only half a year but sometimes apperance doesnt matter as long as I get my money’s worth, and so far, my shellac on hands and feet still looks good after 2.5 weeks. Satisfy customer!

I went here and got a manicure and pedicure, and i loved it! There first time i went with my grandma and we had our nails done, i got mine done by Tina and she was great! The second time i went with some of my friends and i got this other lady and she good with the nails, but her personality was so boring like she was rude! But if you make an appointment i recommend asking for Tina shes fantastic!

The first time I came here I knew Tina was the best because all my friends highly recommended her to me. She’s always busy, so you’d better make an appointment ahead.
She’s very nice, polite, she talks to you, she remembers you and she’s very attentive. So next time you come here ask for her.

I went here several weeks ago with a girlfriend and her 4 year old son. They were having a grand opening special (20% off), and wanted to give it a try! My friend ended up having to wait over 30 mins after I started mine even though we’d confirmed appointments much earlier in the day. The lady that was helping me was aweful! For the life of me, I would give this place another shot since i really wanted to like it, and its so close to where i work. But I can’t remember her name! She would completely forget what she was doing, what was needed for the spa treatments, and even left off one of the main ‘extras’ that comes with the spa manicure. I never once got offered water and finally remembered to ask for one when a lady next to me was offered one. My ‘massage’ was about 2 – 3 mins total (supposed to be 10). My friend, after waiting a while, ended up with a great lady who did a great job with everything.
One of the worse parts about my lady was the sheer level of distracted ness. I’m paying a lot of money for the ‘full experience’. She spent the first ²⁄₃ of the spa pedi talking off and on to a guy carrying entire (dead) fish to the back of the store. (This was also weird? Fish stored in the back of the nail salon? Really?. After the guy came in abiut 10 times with huge loads of large (whole) fish, my lady talked to him almost every time and completely forgot what she was doing and would skip things. I had to remind her several times and even missed out on one of the treatments. But by then, I was so over it that I just decided to leave a low tip. (I have never left such a low tip before at any previous experience).
Overall the facility is new, clean, and very pretty. (Which is the only thing keeping me from a one star review). And if id ended up with the lady my friend had, it would have been a 3 – 4 star experience (she had to wait a LONG time for a confirmed appointment).
This place is HIGHLY dependent on who you get!

Wow! Excellent customer service. I took my three-​year-​old daughter in to have her nails painted for the first time, and the staff was absolutely amazing with her. Couldn’t ask for better! I highly recommend this place. Ask for Ann, she’s very attentive.

TERRIBLE experience here today with the «Manager». He was rude and disrespectful. Even when I asked for an apology, he refused. On principal, I will never return, and I will continue to spread the word so others are forewarned. Shame on them!!!

Moved to the area about 4 months ago and wanted a salon close by the house. The first time I went I can’t remember who my nail tech was but she did a great job on my fill and pedicure.
Second time I went I found Tina. Tina is awesome and I HIGHLY recommend going to her. If I was just reviewing her it would be 5 stars all the way. She’s friendly (actually talks to you) and remembers things you tell her. Super sweet woman and very good at her job.
The third time I went I made the mistake of not making an appointment with Tina… and got some other woman. SHE WAS TERRIBLE. I never got her name so I couldn’t tell you who she is but she convinced me I needed a new set, which was probably true so I went with it. I told her SEVERAL times that I liked the darker pink. She proceeds to put white tips on my nails and then pull out the clear, I tell her I want the darker pink. She says that it will make the white not white and the only way I can get the darker pink now is by taking all the nails she just put on off and using the clear tips. WTF, I told her 5 times what I wanted and she still messed up.
I decided to go back and see Tina and I am now happy again with the place. They are always booked up so I believe most of the other girls are good there also. If you don’t have an appointment I would recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday but if you want to go another day call and make and appointment. Make it with Tina and you will leave happy.

With all of the nail shops in the area, it’s hard to pick the right one… well, look no further! I stumbled across this nail salon as I was about and about and needed a mani STAT. The salon was nicely decorated, well venilated, and had lots of color options. Denise did my Shellac Manicure and I was very happy — we made great conversation and the price was fantastic!
