I bought a groupon for a microdermabrasion and redeemed it yesterday with Sona. The spa was very nice and clean, the girls at the desk were extremely nice and attentive and the microdermabrasion itself was great! She really took her time doing my skin and asked me about my main concerns on my face (which is dryness and my enlarged pores). She used a mask afterwards that made my face so soft and waking up today my pores look less noticeable. I’m really happy with the service and would defiantly return. Their prices are some of the best I’ve seen also. Would recommend! The ONE thing I would like to see change would be that they do extractions before hand.

I scheduled an appointment using my groupon one month before the groupon expired. First time visit, but have had microdermabrasions and facials at other salons. Received two call-​backs due to their schedule conflicts. Finally got a workable time for two weeks later. I called them back the following day to confirm that my appointment was posted correctly. Arrived early to complete paperwork, just as the doctor was leaving the office. Esthetician was pleasant and efficient. No soothing music in the background. Microdermabrasion limited to face only. In my other experiences, esthetician cleaned below jaw/​neck areas. Did not show how much «dead» skin removed either. No attempt to remove blackheads. When I looked in the mirror with the low light, I thought my blackheads were gone, but when I got home, I removed two blackheads I could see. Mask was pleasant and relaxing. Overall, my face felt cleaner. Would I return? Probably not. Have received better and more thorough and meticulous treatments at other salons. By using Groupon to search for the best salon for future treatments, this salon would not top my list.

I bought a Groupon for 2 microdermabrasions and custom masks/​facials due to the high reviews on Unilocal.I called and had to book a 5pm appointment for two weeks out because they were booked for the week. I was really looking forward to the appointment since it’s been awhile since my last facial. I was able to leave work early so I called Image Enhancement Center to confirm my appointment but it was really to see if they could see me sooner than my 5 pm appointment. The person who answered the phone said they didn’t have a 5pm appointment today and that all the staff had left already. She looked me up by my first and last name and couldn’t find any reserved future appointments under my name. I was so upset/​disappointed that they didn’t have any records of my appointment, but at the same time relieved because I didn’t drive all the way there to find out. She offered to book me for 5pm the next day but then I would have to make childcare/​work arrangements in order to get there on time. I’m so disappointed and upset that I don’t want to deal with it again or even risk the chance it might happen again. Yes, they do have 5 good reviews but those reviews were written in 2011 – 2014. There are too many other comparable businesses in the area with better customer service to tolerate this. Groupon gave me a full refund due to this poor experience/​customer service. Horrible first impression I must say!

I’ve had microderm at other locations in Houston and Image Enhancement is by far my favorite and has been my best experience. I was introduced to them by a Groupon as well and I’ve been back 3x since my first appointment. Sona is wonderful and has the most soothing voice, she always puts me to sleep (in a good way)! She’s very attentive and notices changes in my skin between appointments and makes recommendations accordingly. I also appreciate that they are not pushy with products like other facilities are. I don’t feel compelled to buy products but I do buy the products and have enjoyed the skin care regimen that I did purchase.
Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day since the office is in a multipurpose building. There is parking underneath the building but I have had a hard time finding spots when I have my appointments so I park in the lot next door and walk over. Just make sure you don’t park in the reserved bank spots!
I would highly recommend this facility and look forward to being a patient for many years!

Excellent microdermabrasion! The aesthetician ladies are all very professional yet so friendly and welcoming even when you have a Groupon! This is not a day spa — this is an actual medical office and the difference in equipment and skill shows. They even show you the filter when they’re done — it’s gross to look at but most places don’t. Looking at the filter is a real testament to how «clean» your skin really is. I will definitely be back.

I got a great microdermalabrasion. They were informative and accommodating. Definitely revisit.

I must ‘TELL THE WORLD’ about my amazing microdermabrasion treatment that I received just yesterday at the Katy location of Image Enhancement Center by Jennifer. I’ve had this treatment only a handful of times in my past but they pale in comparison to how thorough and evenly abrasive she applied the treatment. I felt a bit tingly in the heat afterward while walking the dog in the early evening but my skin is reaping the benefits of drinking up the products that I use, including vitamin C serum, which is a key antioxidant to use for your anti-​aging arsenal. Jennifer treats as if she were in the chair getting the treatment and talks you through every step of what she’s doing and checks your comfort level as well as provides a host of tips to maintain healthy, younger looking (and acting) skin! Thanks for a great kick-​start into the fall season sloughing off that summer layer of skin. It just feels absolutely incredible.
