IHOP

The food is IHOP tasted good, but the waitresses and the and the register clerk where difficult to find. We were served very slowly. One customer who wanted to place a take out order, came over to my table and asked if I knew how he could place an order! This was at noon, but there weren’t many customers in the restaurant.

My grandmother and I went into this place. They told us there was a few minute wait but they lied to us. We sat there for 15 minutes while they seated people who got there later than us. Overall: a bunch of pancake hogging liars.

Clean location, Betty the waitress was great, attentive, polite, yes she got a 20%! Breakfast was tasty, i was just not impressed with the pancakes.

I live in the area, so I’ve been to this IHOP location plenty of times. Usually, they have pretty good service. I came in on a tuesday afternoon close to 5 pm. I was meeting up a friend who had been in there for probably 5 minutes already. When I got there, we chatted and checked out the menu. She told me the server had not come to greet her yet. I noticed they had done the remodeling inside. After 5 minutes of me sitting down, there was still no greet at the table. Being a server myself, I checked to see if maybe a waiter in my area was busy with other tables. No. The restaurant was probably 40−50% full. There were multiple servers walking around and directly past our table. We saw food being dropped off by many servers, yet none thought to at least greet our table. My friend has a little more patience than me, so I had a timer at 7 more minutes before I would leave with or without her. Obviously our two-​top was not important enough to even get a greet. After 17 minutes, we both decided to leave. Not even the person at the host stand said anything or tried to make things right. I was very disappointed in this establishment.

We don’t go to any other ihop! This is a good Ohio and the best thing is that the best waiter ever works here! Jaime is an amazing waiter and we always ask for him and he always offers A+ service!!! Love the food and love the service

It’s okay. I’ve had better. The food was made right. Bad part of town though. Horrible parking availability and the staff took forever just to seat me and to ask me what I wanted to drink. For a small Restaraunt I expect more out of wait staff.

I have a couple favorite servers here, as a regular customer (because what else is open at 3am). Each of the servers aside from these two (Stephanie and Dawn are wonderful) are awful. I ordered coffee tonight, never came. I ordered water, never came. My boyfriend got a water with his coffee though so he gave it to me. The food is okay, I mean, it’s iHop. It’s not going to taste like the best ever. Unfortunately their staff will be their demise at this location.

No understanding of gluten free eating. Little to no options for GF. Hard to look at their allergen list then back to menu Not gonna come back

IHOP is IHOP.
We like us some IHOP every once in a while.
Our server was the best ever… that’s the only reason for my review…
Great server! (I wish I’d remembered his name:/…)
We don’t usually get or expect great service, so this was a nice surprise/​change for once.
