IHOP

They told me I could not order a grilled cheese sandwich because it’s only on the kid’s menu, but they have no vegetarian sandwiches for adults.

Worst service ever, I waited 20 min in the waiting area to be seat and the employees were seating on a table chatting and using her phone. Never come here.

We always come here for breakfast. Decided to come here for dinner and service was ehhh. Not so great. Took almost 20 mins for two sandwhiches and it wasn’t even busy. I say the service during breakfast is better than dinner.
Ps my philly steak sandwhich needs more seasoning

Go to Dennys if you can. Ive never ate at this location. Dirty neighborhood. Run-​down.
As soon as I walked in the door, 4 waiters/​waitresses rush towards me hoping to get a tip. I was hungry and came for food, they made me feel like im going to buy a car!
Anyways. I ordered what ive ordered since college is Steak Omelette.
They are cheap and frugal!!!
Few peices of meat and all potato stuffed in the thick wrap of eggs.
No onion, bell peppers, salsa. Etc
I called order out and told them I’ll be there in 10. They didnt place my order until i got there.

Stopped in with a group of 5.
Service was good, though we received 4 orders and had to wait for 5^th order to arrive, also took time to flag waistaff down for jam, and was told at register we had to pay at table.
Eggs were good and so was pancake, sausage was decent. Coffee kettle kept at our table which was great, we did have to wait a bit on getting regular sugar.
Tables were a little snug on seating. Plenty of parking.

I don’t expect fancy when I come to IHOP but I do expect hot food. Service was friendly was not attentive. The temp in the restaurant was hot and muggy. The restaurant was clean. I ordered the Tuscan scramble and it looked like I got half an egg with a ton of tomatoes. My pancakes wet cold as were my hash browns which were also tough. I would have sent them back bit the waiter never came back and I was starving. There are other places to grab a quick breakfast. Skip this place.

This place needs new management. The manager has her underage kid working there. He can’t count, not take orders. Vomit in the restroom. Not worth money.

Worst IHOP I’ve been to. I’m surprised the IHOP Franchisor have not pulled their brand all these years. Visited this particular location many times just because it is 2 minutes away from my home. First and foremost, they’re always cheap with their air conditioning. Its very uncomfortable sitting trying to enjoy your hot meal in a hot/​humid environment.
Staff here is also an issue. They are horribly under-​trained. You have to flag them down for everything. Refills, extra napkins, condiments, wrong orders, you name it. Most of the time, I just get up and go grab the items myself from the server station in the back.
Our most recent experience was the worst one yet. Server went into the men’s room (which is not up-​kept well either) to grab towels to clean our table with. After that, we took our order, but would not fill my request for egg substitute for my omelette. He simply stated that it was not available at any IHOP even when I tried to correct his lack for knowledge. He flagged down another server who pretty much confirmed his statement. I requested a manager to solve the issue and finally he confirmed that I was correct and fulfilled my request. Food came out fine afterwards but we were not asked if we needed any ketchup, hot sauce or etc, so I got up and grabbed it. We also witnessed other customers getting up to get their own things and/​or having to flag down servers to get refills and checks. The server walked by a few times but never stopped to check on us. We had to flag another server down to get our check so we could finish off our final meal here.
Never coming back here again if I can help it.

My experience here wasn’t good. Came here with a friend for lunch. The food tasted OLD! Yuck! Nothing fresh about it. Seemed as if the meat was just microwaved and brought out to me like that. I don’t think I’ll visit this IHOP again.

It wasn’t a spectacular experience but it wasn’t bad either. I had the chicken and waffles. I was surprised. WHEN DID IHOP START SELLING WAFFLES!!! I got speedy service from a girl named Maria. She was attentive and was very knowledgeable about what’s good to eat on the menu.

Well it’s IHOP… and I love pancakes. I really don’t expect much from this IHOP and because of that I’m never disappointed. The food was very sub par but the pancakes were not. The waitress was a lot busier than needed. It was just us and another table but she stayed away as if she had eighteen tables. When she brought out my omelet the cheese was not all the way melted on it. Cheese takes maybe ten seconds to began the melt down process which lets me know that they had no interest in the melt down and I Love my cheese melted. When I told her I would like the cheese melted she suggested reheating my food which I said never mind too. So as I stated the pancakes didn’t let me down.

I’ve been to a lot of ihops, but this was kind of pissed us off. When after we ordered our food our check was toss on the table. They didn’t asked us if we wanted anything else which we did. We felt like we were being rushed out. When we went to complain to the manager he told us that it was pretty normal because the waiters forget to bill, so why not do it when they bring our food. They still should have asked if we wanted anything else.

Although I was seated very quickly the manager seemed to miss the fact that my booth was filthy from the floor to the table. I had to ask that someone come clean the area. My waiter was nice. The condiments were not stocked and I had to ask for regular sugar and the waiter brought me a handful so I took it upon myself to restock the table. My food came with 4 slices of bacon and I’m glad 2 of them looked old because I probably would have eaten all that bacon :-/​the ceiling had water stains and the tables were damaged. If you’re super hungry and don’t really care about atmosphere and quality… sure try it.

Sorry, but this is by far the worst Ihop I’ve ever been to. Not harping on the waiter, poor guy was getting shit all night from a couple of drunk assholes.
The food was sad. Just sad.
I wanted a chocolate milkshake badly. There wasn’t one on the menu but I asked the waiter and he told me he’d bring one out. Most pathetic milkshake I’ve ever seen in my LIFE. They literally took some chocolate milk, poured it in a glass, then stuck it in the freezer for five minutes, then topped it with whipped cream. Cool, because what I really wanted was a nice cold glass of chocolate milk.

Customer service is good but I didn’t like he portion IHOP gave for crêpe dishes. It’s very small. I noticed pancakes are very small. Some dishes are filling. I feel like its not worth going to IHOP. Only if I have to.
