I went here because of the good reviews. It was only a tiny repair of boots and was done instantly, which I was hopimg for. 10– Minutes later and just paying $ 5 I was out and satisfied

Ive brought 3 of my favourite pairs of heels here. I brought them here to get the soles protected.
At first I was really hesitant, because the shoes are not only VERY EXPENSIVE, but they are not replaceable.
I got them back within 5 days of dropping them off, and low and behold, they looked as if they were manufactured that way!
I was so impressed! SUPER HAPPY with the outcome.
I recently just dropped off another pair to get the heels repaired, and hope they come out great. Im sure they will as they have not let me down.
I wont be going anywhere else.

I took my old but trusty Polo penny loafers here for the full sole and heel replacement 2 weeks ago. Excellent service, and I love the fact that they have a drop off where there are bags and tags for you to leave your shoes after hours as I believe they close at 6pm.
The soles and heels were perfect, and I forgot how amazing a worn out pair of good shoes can look with new soles on them and a new paint job. Now, about that paint job… while my GF said they looked like new, I don’t know if I fully love the painted on black shoe polish. Its not nearly as rich-​looking as a shoe shine at the airport, but I guess the next time I fly I can always get them shined.
While I thought that $ 60 was a little stiff for this repair, when I looked on line and saw that a new pair of Polo loafers cost $ 450 I considered this repair a bargain… and yes my shoes look fab.
