This company did a work for us in 2013 and paid a good amount of money for it and now that I requested for them to come out and give us an estimate on the same roof repair they didn’t showed up yesterday as Nathan the owner and I agreed on. He said they got there at the house and no one was there and that they called me. I did not received a phone call nor a voice mail and not only that you can not get into the house subdivision without passing security and they would call the house to let them in. Now, I called to see why they didn’t showed up and Dave called me back and left me a very rude voicemail saying that I should look for another company because they will not help. Wow!!! Really?! Please DO NOT take a chance with this company. After I heard the message I called him back and he hung up the phone on me. I was not even arguing just trying to understand why so unprofessional.
STAY AWAY from these insects!
