I did get a refund back to my credit card which was a surprise– I had the receipt but the 30 days had passed on their return policy. After experiencing NY and NJ locations… this one was pretty bad. The selection was terrible and the store itself was too small. They literally had 5 boots to choose from and not one was my size. The door said they closed at 10pm or 9:30 but had closed the store at 9:00pm and starting shutting the lights. This was the W. Gray location in Houston, TX.
