Holder’s Pest Solutions

As a people, Holder’s is full of very helpful and cordial personnel. Their service was provided throughout an apartment complex. The treatment was relatively effective (2 in 50 are still complaining about roaches) and the service man was very helpful in explaining how to eradicate our problem further. It was was discovered later that our contract had been set up with a much lower rate than usual. When we decided to add more services to our year contract, they insisted that we must rewrite our contract to reflect a higher service rate. After much back and forth with the company, they told us that «we had different understandings for how treatment works» and that «we will no longer be doing business together».
They BROKE OUR CONTRACT only two months in because they didn’t like how the sales agent set up our contract. Fortunately for them, the actual treatments weren’t that effective so maybe we both won.
