It is in the U.S. CONSTITUTION you can not sue me for my opinion!!! I hope you post the video of me too, I really want you to because the lack of attention and customer service I was given was not of any type of top notch quality as you advertise or even considered decent. And also I was wearing a pink shirt and no one walked me to an office. I didn’t even know where it was and the person in the front told me where your suite was. I sat myself down, no escort. That is a fact And if you look at the rest of the reviews you all have gotten you wouldn’t be so pressed about mine! Your employee did not hand me a price list. She was on her computer when I walked in all the way up until I told her what I wanted. Did you see that on your realllllllly nice camera? Are you gonna post that too? She dug around the FILECABINETS and only had one of the selection I asked for. And I’m pretty sure the camera picked that up too. Instead of attacking me behind your shoddy customer service and mediocre hair, improve your customer service skills because apparently I’m not the only one with complaints.(didn’t got to your website, saw the sale on Instagram) This is so disgusting and unprofessional of you and I will make sure to post this response to my Facebook Instagram and whatever else platform I can. You are rude and I will never deal with your company again! I give honest reviews and have no reason to slander your company. This platform is for opinions. And if you don’t like it TOODAMNBAD! You can’t be mad at the truth. So I’ll happily soup up my lawyers and battle it out with you. Texas has one if the best Anti-SLAPP statutes in the country. Hopefully those cameras of yours are as nice as you say they are hun.

This is the message I sent via Facebook on 9÷25÷14, and have yet to get a response Good evening, I would first like to say that I have been excited about trying your hair for over a year now. I was even more excited when your location opened up inside of the office building where I work in Houston, TX1980 Post Oak 77056. I know that you guys offer deals often so when I looked online today and saw that you were offering buy 3 and get a free bundle I wanted to take advantage. I wrote down the offer code B3G1 and Coworker and I went up to the store. When I inquired about the offer the young lady said that she didn’t know of a deal and that I needed to show proof. she would not except the offer code and said that I had to show her a physical copy. Well when I went back to the website on my phone it did not pop up. I continued on with my purchase in which she did apply a discount. I purchased 16″, 18″, 20″ Brazilian deep wave total $ 292.28. I was hoping to either get a free bundle or closure since I have never worn one but I was not able to take advantage of the deal. I went back to my office and called your main number 301−640−6719 to inquire about the deal. I asked was I able to still get the free bundle since I had the code from online. The representative was not helpful, she told me that the deal did not start until tomorrow 9÷26÷14. I said well it did not clarify that on the website and if could I go back since I had just purchased the hair and I was told no. Here is my issue, if you require proof to use the deal in the store why does it not state that online. After that call I logged back online to see if the deal would come back up and it did. I took a screen shot and texted it back to the young lady I made the purchase from and she said that i should have showed that to her. Well hell it wasn’t coming up. Further more why do I have to show proof of the deals you offer I had the code that should have been enough. I am a customer and should not have felt like an idiot making a purchase, as if i am telling a lie. Upon the many text between your representative and I she did admit that the deal in question STARTEDAT3:00PM. I did not show up there until 4:45 pm. Clearly she knew about it and lied. I have our conversation through text and wanted to make you aware before I posted my review of my page and other sites. You have a quality product but the customer service makes it not worth it. The experience we received today was unexpected and based on that alone she just lost 7 potential customers. Thank you! .
