Agree with all other postings. My bouquet took 11 months and looks totally dead… Not beautifully preserved. I picked the cheapest option and still feel wildly ripped off. I can’t believe I paid for this.

If I could have given this place a 0 star rating I would have. One of the worst experiences of dealing with customer service and false advertising I have EVER encountered. I got married in April of this year and sent my bouquet and my husband’s boutonnière to be preserved, expecting to get back a lovely keepsake that I would be proud to hang on the wall in my home and show to people when they came over… I couldn’t have been more sadly mistaken. When we received the display, the flowers(which were white and cream originally) all looked yellowed and as if they had been aged a few decades! A few of the roses looked smashed as if they had been pressed between two large books and some petals were broken completely. It looked absolutely nothing like any of the displays on the company’s website. I started to cry as soon as we opened the box and most certainly not from joy! My husband and i called to try and get a refund or at least get an explanation for the process could have seemed such an abysmal failure. the representative we spoke with firmly re-enforced that they do not do refunds(granted, it says that on their website but for $ 800 I was expecting a GREAT deal more in the quality of workmanship than what we received). It was like talking to a stone wall. And later come to find out, the company claimed that the flowers looked smashed because of the shadow box I had chosen instead of going with a dome display case. It would have been nice if they had bothered to tell me that might happen when I was placing the order! I would highly recommend staying as FARAWAY from this company as possible. They are over-priced and their«quality of work» will only lead to disappointment.

No way would I EVER in a million years recommend this place to anyone! I got married on August 29, 2009. My MOH sent my bouquet off that following Monday, August 31, 2009. I did not receive my bouquet back until the end of May 2010, in case you’re counting that’s almost 8 months! They gave me such a round around whenever I called to check on the status. I started calling in Feb. and began speaking with Alicia and was told that the bouquet was completed they were just waiting on the frame. I called every 2 to 3 weeks and was always told that they were waiting on the frame. So finally I got the name and number of their framing supply company and gave them a call. Presto is the name of the framing company and I spoke with a girl named Paulette, who told me that Heller & Reid had no pending orders and that they should have all the frames. So I called H&R back and told them this, Alicia said that Gary, at Presto, told her they do have an order pending and that it should be there in 2 weeks. Guess what? It wasn’t there in 2 weeks. Big surprise! When I told Alicia that I was not paying for shipping because they took forever and gave me the run around she laughed and told me that was not going to happen. THEYAREQUICKTOTAKEYOURMONEYANDTHAT’S WERETHECUSTOMERSERVICEENDS!!! So after calling every day for about 2 months I guess I finally raised enough stink to get them to send me my bouquet. Once it arrived it was not what I thought it would be. It smelled like moth balls and was antique looking when I didn’t order the antique effect. When I got it home and hung it up on my wall I noticed that some of the flowers started to fall off. My beautiful bouquet that I wanted to preserve forever now looks like crap. PLEASE I WANTTOSPAREYOU, DONOTUSEHELLER&REID!!!
