Best hair salon in Houston hands down!!! Here you are family and treated with 5 stars. They are very attentive to the clients wants and concerns. I have been to so many salons over the years and fell into the fad of groupon and mainstream organizations. I had forgotten what great customer service felt like and at wonderful pricing! They beat most competitors price wise but their crowning glory is there up and beyond friendly service. You walk in and are treated like an old friend, not a number. Drinks, lovely warming conversation… beyond wonderful! By far, the best hidden gem in Houston for some pampering!!!

Haute Hair Salon is great! My wife and I recently moved to the area and were looking for a salon. Everywhere we went we always left unhappy but Alan and Anaite hooked us up! They were awesome and friendly as well.
The salon is very clean, relaxing and everyone was very professional and welcoming. We enjoyed our experience and our hair came out awesome! Would definitely recommend and will be back!
Tips: Ask for Anaite to cut your hair. She was so focused on getting it just how I wanted.

Today wasn’t my first visit to the salon but it certainly is my last. The first time was great, my hair looked amazing and I was happy. My second visit was just a trim since I just needed to get my dead ends off. My last visit had me leaving the salon in tears. Showed the stylist the haircut I was interested in and discussed the changes I wanted. Twice we talked over the angle of cut and what side the longer angle was to be on. I even had the picture of the hairstyle open on my phone the entire time. Before I knew it my hair was ruined. She flipped flopped the angle and ruined my life. I stopped her and the tears started. She ran off and told me she was getting someone to «fix it“She disappeared. The front desk girl comes to let me know that someone was coming to «fix it». The damage was done, my hair, my self confidence damaged. The new lady came and I could she that she knew the other lady cut my hair too short. She was sweet and told me that she was going to do her best. She did. She apologized. I now have a new way to part my hair and even though it’s «fixed» I still look in the mirror and cry. Don’t go to Rachal! Avoid her at all cost! She hid in the back while my hair was being «fixed» or just avoid this place all together!

The entire experience was horrible. The salon smells like cigarette smoke, the lady who was going to cut my hair was very rude and seemed like she did not want to be there, let alone cut my hair. She told me I would be charged extra for a hair cut because I had «really thick hair.» I found this somewhat offensive and I actually never went through with the haircut because the consultation was so poor and I felt so uncomfortable. Definitely skip this salon if you want a positive experience.

Nataly did my hair! She did my highlights/​lowlights cut and blow dry! She is amazing! She saved my hair with her hair treatments and advice! And is very honest with what she thinks will work best with your hair!
