I have to say that I am not very picky about hotels. They only need to have a few necessities and I am happy.
For a hotel that bills itself as an airport hotel, one of the most crucial of those is a shuttle to/​from the airport.
The Hampton Inn let me down. Yes, there is a shuttle, but it did me little good. My flight got in at midnight and the shuttle had stopped running, so I had to take a cab defeating the purpose of staying at an airport hotel.
