Hamilton Shirts

Update: Hamilton Shirts reached out to me and offered to adjust the fit of my shirts. I brought them in and they adjusted side and sleeve issues. I ordered a new shirt and received better idea on collar size, style etc. They have restored my faith in customer service and I feel they will definitely stand behind the quality of their work and reputation. Christina was a pleasure to work with and very helpful.
I bought my first set of Hamilton shirts a year ago, 5 of them. The shirt fit is good but could be better. I am generally pleased with the shirt, but the experience wasn’t what I was hoping for. They did not have much advice to offer for other than just saying «this is what most customer’s get» and I felt like I was bothering the tailor by having her come from the sewing room to measure me. She was too hasty. In summary, good quality, fit, poor customer experience…

I’ve been buying my shirts here for several years now and couldn’t be more pleased. It is practically impossible for me to find something that fits off the rack. But at Hamilton I can not only get a well-​fitted shirt but can get exactly the fabric I want. It may seem expensive at first but if you think fit is important then you soon realize it is worth every cent.
