Just ok! I used a Boy Scout coupon for the oil change for 14.95 and it took 2hrs but I guess I got a deal! Good Customer Service! Just a long wait

I needed tires for my boat trailer and this place set me up right. Great customer service from Vincent. He had the tires ordered and ready to go when I towed my boat in. An hour or less later, I was on my way home. I’ve only done business here once but they did a great job for me!

Worst place ever. Too expensive even though we just went to get an inspection, their other services were ridiculously expensive. Also their customer service was terrible. Waited over an hour just for a state inspection and when we were ready for checkout, we waited at the counter for 15 min and then the guy decided to help a different customer who came in after we were waiting. Stupidest. Fucking. Logic. Ever.

For all of mine or my wife’s car needs i have tools and friends that can tag-​team the tough jobs. But when my friends can’t sell me tires i show up here and i’m taken care of every time.
Since 2009 the tires i’ve bought from here do exactly what they say they’ll do, even if your budget only allows you the lowest in quality or style. An alignment is always performed when new tires are applied, anything else from here can be costly.
These guys are mechanics in the sales industry so they will try to sell you the bells and whistles before the tinkers and tassles. Even had a bad experience with another service shop in the area, took my problem here and they at least diagnosed the problem w/​no interruption. i like guys like this when they’re real, telling you what they’d do instead of what corporate wants them to do.

Hijacked Mother in Law’s Car… Well at this point at least I’m beginning to think so. I keep hearing from my mother in law about her absolutely run around story on getting her car fixed at this place. She originally took her car to this place and they were supposed to fix the power steering. Its close to her house so she figured it would be good to use them. Well, shortly afterward the same reappeared and started leaking again. Her warranty paid 1325.00 for services and now its been in their shop for 2 and half weeks and they still don’t know or can diagnose the problem. She has to call several times a day and they keep giving her another story about «well we replaced this and tomorrow so and so is out for emergency»… or Monday last week they told her «Thursday a new mechanic was coming and maybe he could help»… and then last weekend they said «the guy working on it is moving this weekend and won’t get to it till this week»… I mean WOW… I just found out the specifics and am on them starting tomorrow. This is a classic case of complete negligence and disregard for an older female who they are clearly taking advantage of. PLEASE PASS THIS SERVICE CENTER AND DRIVE TO «Juan’s chop shop» if you want to get comparable service. I will be glad to pull up this review tomorrow and ask the service manager to read it to me and tell me if I missed any details. In all seriousness, the above quotes are absolutely true and her car has been in this shop for going on 3 weeks for a small power steering leak that they already were supposed to fix!!! Major Disappointment

Stopped in here to get my brakes worked on. I asked how much it would be and they said $ 199 per axle! Seriously? $ 400 just to work on my brakes? And parts were extra!!! So I left — and you should too. No place like that should exist to rip off consumers, considering such a nice name as Goodyear (and yes, its a corporate store). My advice to you: stay away from this place, unless you like to spend more money than you have to just to get brakes done. Shame on you Goodyear!
