I have never returned food before I ordered from here. It was greasy, and my Mongolian beef should have been labeled Mongolian onion. Hardly any beef, and probably 2 whole chopped and sautéed onions in it. When I called to get a refund, it took another 30 min for the guy to pick up. I still tipped 5 $ assuming my charge would be dropped, I gave the crappy food back… Just found out they still charged me, and I tipped the guy!!! Not only that, the woman working the phones felt it necessary to call me back! And then told me to never order from there again. I assured her, that will never be a problem. Poor excuse for a resteraunt, and customer service is a zero.

My delivery was wrong, whenever I opened the bag to get out the food, a roach came out the bag as well! I call to tell them to send someone to pick this up and I wanted a refund, the woman who answered the phone just apologized about the missing food, would put me on hold every time I mentioned the roach and hung up on me.

They didn’t get our order right and refused to honor their online menu. When I said I was going to contest the charge with my bank they threatened to sue me.

The egg rolls are frozen and the food is a far cry from the professional photos on the website.

Food was awful and old. Hot and sour soup goes in the trash and the chicken fried rice was awful. I am afraid to try the rest of it. Seriously bad food. AND add to it that they charged me for curried chicken and did not even deliver that! I would call and complain, but they will just bring me the curried chicken and I’d be afraid to eat it.

Tried to order delivery from them twice. Both times I got a confirmation and both times I got an email 30 minutes later that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have a delivery driver

I ordered online & was quoted 45 – 60 minute delivery time. An hour &40 minutes later the food finally arrived. The moo shu pancakes were dried up & glued together & I didn’t get the extra moo shu sauce I ordered. I called to ask about it & a man said someone would call me back, 30 minutes later someone finally did. A woman yelled at me & tried to tell me that the extra sauce was there(it wasn’t), argued with me & tried to convince me sweet & sour sauce was the same as moo shu sauce, and made excuses for why the pancakes were uneatable. Finally she said, «What do you want me to do? You want more pancakes?» By this time it was over 2 hours since I had ordered, I’d paid & tipped 20% so I didn’t think it was beyond reason that I would actually get what I ordered & paid for, but she said they were too busy. There are WAY too many Chinese delivery places out there to have to put up with not getting what you ordered & paid for & then getting yelled at for daring to expect what you ordered & paid for.

I’ll let my family’s experience speak for itself… I placed an order via GrubHub and paid via credit card. The order arrived in about 45 minutes – we had no complaints about that at all. However, after signing the credit card receipt, the driver immediately asked for a tip without giving me an opportunity to reach into my pocket to offer him something! Our order consisted of: Egg rolls — all were dark brown and soaked with grease Boneless BBQ Pork — it was tender and juicy Sha-cha shrimp and chicken with fried rice — the spice level was fine, but all of the shrimp were terribly mushy which made it inedible(most likely from being water logged and overcooked). The fried rice had a bit of an after taste reminiscent of soap(like when you get shampoo in your mouth). General Tso’s Chicken — my 14 yr old son who eats everything had no complaints. My husband said it was the worst he ever had. Sweet and sour shrimp — My 7 yr old son liked the shrimp but said the fried rice was bland and chewy Our dinners came with won-ton soup, all of which also had that soapy taste to it. In all, it was great that they deliver and that the order didn’t take long, but I’ve had better Chinese food in the mall. We won’t be dining with these folks again.

Our favorite(only available) Chinese delivery. They are prompt, friendly, and the food is great! I’m only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are our only choice.

I came to this location with some coworkers, we will never be back! There were kids serving, and cockroaches on the ground and wall.

The business appears to be run by a family. After school, the sons take your order; during school, Mom appears to run the front end & the kitchen alone. There’s a guy sometimes, but he’s usually out making deliveries. The food tastes good, is reasonably priced, & is all made when you order. The customer service is great!

A family runs this place, with a mom in the back and the young son taking your order. You can’t help but be endeared by this arrangement. To top it all off, they normally add a small appetizer on the house. If you get the crab cakes, savor those suckers! There’s always a veil of smoke in the air here, which makes me think that all the food is made on site. The food… omg… is amazing. I am absolutely bonkers for their orange chicken. In fact, I have never ordered anything outside of this. It’s just that good. Don’t get me wrong, their menu looks good and everything — and their specials look FABULOUS, but the orange chicken is a show stopper.

The food was not bad but not the greatest. They did give us beef cakes on the house that were hot and the sauce on it was delicious. The customer service was good. The amount of food filled up the plates. However, I will not be coming back because when we were almost done we seen a roach crawling on the wall next to us and had to quickly move the food away. The place was clean but that to me just grossed me out. And lastly when we ask for extra plates they did not bring us big enough place. They were kid size empty plates.

OK I have had lunch here twice, and so far not too bad. General Tao’s was good… Szechuan chicken was average. Honestly i do believe it is the best Chinese restaurant for a 10 mile radius. While I always do take out… the place really seems clean when i pick up. They always seem to give you something on the house, but that is hit or miss. All in all not a bad place for a Chinese fix! One thing i do love is the map on there to go menu is completely wrong. I mean it’s not even close!

Golden Hunan II is my new favorite Chinese place outside of Chinatown. The service is always pleasant & courteous. The food is always delicious. This place has the charm that only a family owned restaurant can have. The plaza it’s in is a little scary looking but it’s a blue collar plaza in a blue collar neighborhood.

Shrimp fried rice and general chicken are delicious. They give you something on the house with your order, usually crab cake. The owner and her children are very friendly! It’s very cute bc the owner will prepare the food in the back. Meanwhile, the two little boys probably under 10 years old, will take your order, money and hand you your food. They are too cute!!! If you want a cheap quick and satisfying meal, go here.

literally 5 minutes from my house. Which is the nearest chinese restaurant that will hold my chinese food craving but not really mouth watering explosion in your mouth drooling good. We did receive free appetizer on the house which was good and tasty. I think it was crab cakes but not sure. Of course the portions are family size but they do have individual smaller portions! Don’t forget happy hour is at a nice time… 5−8pm! Individual portions for 5 bucks… can’t really beat that. The funny thing is that a kid that look like about 8 – 10 years old sat us down, took our order, refilled our drinks, and gave us our check! He was a great hostess… server…and cashier! Also did a great job checking up on us! kudos to that little one!

My in laws live right around the corner from this place, and it’s awesome. The house special fried rice has chicken, shrimp and pork and it’s delicious! We get it as spicy as they make it and it’s SO good. If you spend more than $ 15 or $ 20 they give you some egg rolls or crab puffs or some little treat on the side. Definitely the best take out chinese in the area.
