Rosie is great! She is very sweet and professional. She did an amazing job on my thick, course and curly hair. You can tell she loves what she does! Definitely going back!

Rosy, the head stylist and owner of Georgette’s, has consistently done a great job cutting and styling my hair over the years. I originally came to her because of a Groupon deal, and I’ve been coming to her ever since, whether to get a trim or for a whole new hairstyle. There is no hair style challenge that she will not take on, and impressively succeed at. I’ve had long hair, bangs, short, angled hair, and ultra short pixie, and she’s done a great job with all, a rare find for a hair stylist! I’ve received so many compliments (and kudos to my hairstylist), for my on-​point haircuts over the years. Always a good sign when complete strangers stop you and ask you where you got your hair cut. On top of that, her prices are tough to beat and she’s dependable with her appointments, a win-​win anyway you look at it!

First off, Rosie is amazing.
I personally didn’t have anything done; I took my mother here who has really thick, curly, coarse, spongy hair. Not only is this her hair type, but she also doesn’t remember the last time she went to a salon for a haircut. She isn’t the most diligent when it comes to her own hair. She wanted to have a Brazilian blowout done, and Rosie did an amazing job. I was a little nervous to even come here because of the location of the salon. We drove from the Humble area and saw a few salons up here that had good reviews also, but Rosie gave my mom a better price, so essentially we went to Georgette’s. Rosie was so sweet and explained everything thoroughly, she showed my mom what shampoos, conditioners, and leave in conditioners would be best for her hair. The result was amazing! I think I was more shocked than my mom was. I couldn’t believe how straight and soft her hair was capable of being.
We both plan on coming back to this location, and next time I plan on having something done as well.

Don’t go to this place! I purchased a Living Social deal for a Brazilian Blowout. I paid $ 125 for a service that is normally $ 250. THE OWNER SCAMMED ME! Instead of receiving a Brazilian Blowout, I received a CHEAP relaxer. A relaxer is something you can purchase at the drug store for $ 12, but I paid $ 125 thinking that I was getting a Brazilian Blowout. The ad clearly said Brazilian Blowout. Besides losing $ 125, my hair also became very dry and brittle as a result of the relaxer. I would not recommend going to this place. The owner uses false advertising.

I went in for a trim because I was so sick and tired of my heavy, thick, and majorly long hair (not to mention boring hair)! Rosie not only trimmed my hair but also layered it and gave me gorgeous side bangs! I can never find anyone cut bangs the way I want them to be and she nailed it. She cut about 4 or 5 inches off (but my hair was so long, I was still able to keep my length) My hair feels fuller without being heavy and way more gorgeous! This was my first visit at her salon and I was skeptical, but I love the results! Not pricey at all and by my house which is exactly what I was looking for! I’ll definitely be back!

Rosie is super sweet and very passionate about her work. She cut and colored my hair for a great price and it came out perfect! I would recommend her and her shop to anybody any day!

Rosie is amazing and passionate at what she does! I went in for an all over color and she went above AND beyond! I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW HAIR COLOR! And she styled it so beautifully too! She is truly a gem! Go to her you will not be disappointed!

A friend highly recommended this salon to me so I decided to try it out. She warned me that it was a «dive,» and she was right… but don’t judge a book by its cover! There’s a real gem here, and her name is Rosie. She is the salon owner and w 20+yrs of experience (including fashion weeks in Paris and New York!), she knows what she’s doing! I am a SAHM and total neglect my super fine, unruly curly hair. I get it cut maybe every 1.5 yrs (when I remember!). Most stylists are unfamiliar w curly hair, but not Rosie. I had a great consultation w her, showed her my Pinterest pic finds and she knew exactly what I wanted: a low maintenance (no blow dryer, no flat or curling iron), chic hair cut ideal for a young mom on the go. She hit the nail on the head and replicated the look I found online. I’m still trying to get used to it, but she did her job well. I highly recommend Rosie; she’s sweet, friendly, professional and most of all, very passionated about what she does!

I’m coming back!
This is a little beauty salon, I went recommended for a friend. I wasn’t really expecting for much, I went during my lunch break to get a simple haircut.
Well I was attended by the salon owner, and when was so nice, she recommended me haircuts for my kind of face and hair, did the shampoo, cut and drying of my hair for this super affordable price, and it I loved it, fast, gorgeous and affordable. They have on the business for long and the result proves they know what they are doing.

Wonderful experience for an unbelievable price. She works with me to make sure I’m happy — quite refreshing as the majority of my experience has been at high end salons with hair stylists more interested in doing their thing than making sure you feel gorgeous. She is such a wonderful lady who has major coloring and hair cutting skills — I’ll be back!

Rosie is great! I bought a Groupon for her salon and got a great haircut. I came back again to have my hair colored and was very pleased with her work. She is great — she’s not pushy and doesn’t spend the entire time trying to sell you hair products. She’s very friendly and helpful and gives advice on taking care of your hair. A rare find — great prices and great service!

This is the best place to go they charge really cheap and have good workers, they have alot of experience I will definitely come back to get my hair cut. I will recommend you Georgette’s beauty salon if you are looking for a change of look.
