I am extremely pleased to have found this company. They are a mom and pop type of a business (literally, as I understand it from the service engineer — who is their son. He is now running it for them)!
Most importantly, he came out within an hour of me calling to say my garage door was not working. I was able to tell him the model of my opener when I first called so he knew what to expect. It took him a few seconds to identify the problem based on his experience and less than 10 minutes to fix it because he had all the parts that were most likely to be the problem with him. He then gave the door a little service for free.
It is seriously like a different door now — its much quieter and faster! And he helped me fix my remote so it works better too. The price was very reasonable and well worth it, and Daryn was just a really nice guy!
I HIGHLY recommend this company.
