There has been a very rare occasion where anything ever works out right. This situation is no different
Hi GC Services. I paid my ticket 20 days ago so I can go to the DMV and go to work and make a living.
I spoke to The DMV in Sacramento and they seem to think that there might be something wrong with your system. I don’t understand why it would take this long to release the hold on my traffic ticket.
Hope that you guys at Gc or Chatsworth will figure out to be more efficient at doing a better job. I admit that i should have taken care of the ticket. Gracias!

Just had my state income tax intercepted by these scumbags over a fine that I allegedly didn’t pay seven years ago. My drivers license was suspended seven years ago because I didn’t pay the initial fine. The only way to get it reinstated was to pay the fine and yet these scam artists are stealing my money in order to get paid a second time. Hope these scumbags burn in hell.

I understand this company is in the business of collections for tickets/​violations not paid or paid late and I will base my review on THAT, not on the «issue» of having a collection (not their fault). Also, let me state that I too do collections for the company I work for and would NEVER hire this firm to handle that for me should I need a collection company.
I called to PAY, not dispute in any way, the amount owed… I was transfer twice, by a person, with no opportunity to speak, I was then connected to a person that collected my info, then transferred me again where I was on hold for over 20 mins, then DISCONNECTED!!! I had to call back and go through a similar process before I was able to give them my payment info. After giving my payment info, I was told they would not give me any kind of confirmation number for this transaction. Who does that???
I understand that these people deal with some very problematic people, but their job is to collect funds and I can see how many would not bother to call back or wait as long as I did to make a payment. The customer service and overall professionalism is nil, nothing, not there!
The ONLY reason they collected my funds was because of my patients, not their work. I would seriously consider another company to perform your collections should you need the service! There are many good collection agencies out there to choose from.

If you are a company, Do yourself a favor and hit your head against the wall instead of hiring these guys as your collection company, it will prove more effective.
These people are not courteous, nice, intelligent and are barely human beings. I owed a court less than $ 100 for a fine that I got 10 years ago and these people made me absolutely despise the court system that hired them. No manners, no logic and just plain rude.
If you are a consumer. Go down or write to the court house in the city where you owe money and speak to them. You will end up paying a small fraction of what you owe and I hate to say it, but customer service from a federal employee in this case is far superior.
GC Services: — you people are absolutely terrible. You should be ashamed of the company you work for!

I am not sure why Unilocal has this as closed when according to their site this is their corporate office with the exception of the suite number.
If you have traffic fines for the City of Pasadena or any other Los Angeles court and get a notice from GC Services to pay some insane amount, do not pay GC Services anything… I will repeat… do not pay GC services anything. Get your day in court and allow the judge to set the fine. The judge reduced my fine to less than 10% of what GC Services was asking.
