This is not a review specifically for this store, but more for the company. The experience in the store was mediocre, but nothing too bad. The problem is that this company does not price match their online prices. I shop online and buy in store, but at the Gap, the prices are different. How are you supposed to know how much something is? I have purchased many times from Gap, but don’t think I will be shopping here any longer. #FalloutoftheGap!

Literally the worse gap ever! When asking for help an employee told me she was«on break» and walked away and when asking me to speak to a manger, I was ignored. Everyone is unhelpful and the managers are useless exceptionally Chris and workers like Tyler. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or shop online!

Great customer service as far as checking out and trying to assist you in locating that perfect item. I am pleased with my purchase and I had a really good visit here. Plentiful in selection and style.

I really like this location. It’s huge, always clean/organized, and has a massive selection. They have one of the largest sale sections of any Gap I’ve been too. The employees aren’t overly helpful, but I rather prefer to not be pestered while I’m shopping. I love that every size is evenly represented. I wear a small and my husband an XL, and I am rarely disappointed by not finding one of our sizes. The Saturday I went they had the Essential T-Shirts marked down to $ 10 from $ 24.95– meaning you can buy 2 and(with tax!) it will cost less than one full price. So of course I did that :) I will always come back here. I just wish they had more dresses and they didn’t feature denim colored clothes so heavily.

WOW!!! These jeans are terribly, terribly expensive. Almost $ 80 for a brand that essentially isn’t a brand. This was once a location to buy basic wardrobe pieces at a basic price… things have changed, but I have changed enough to know that I can get better quality for the same price.

Poor customer service. Maybe retraining required? Was served by Moe who was very abrupt and rude when I came in to exchange a faulty item. He behaved as if he were doing me a favor. This will be the last time I ever shop at this Gap. Not impressed.

I love the Gap. If you saw my closet you’d KNOW my love of the Gap(Old Navy, BR and Piperlime as well). This Gap is awful! The staff? RUDE! They acted like they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. Sizing? I wanted to try 4 different sweaters and they didn’t have ONE in a size XL! WTF? I bought a scarf, but upon reflection I really wish I hadn’t purchased anything from this store and kept walking. Boo!

This is your typical gap store. The staff are helpful and will do what they can to help you find right sizes. The things that gets me about these gray box stores and this high volume one in particular, is they get so disorganized. I was there two days in a row for Texas’ tax free weekend, and each visit was met with a very large crowd of bargain shoppers, and a mess of unfolded and disorganized clothes. Its not that I really expect to have a personal shopper following me around as I go from one table to another, but perhaps this store in particular should look into hiring more staff to keep up with the volume of patrons dismantling their display. In general, this store is fine, but do be prepared to dig around unorganized piles of clothes… P. S. As an amateur denim enthusiast, I was incredibly impressed by Gap’s recently move to selling real high quality selvage denim. I doubt the denim is truly the same quality as brands like Naked and Famous, or Raleigh denim, but wow, way to go Gap.
