The location is closer to my house than The Woodlands but this store needs to be revamped. It’s located in a nice location but the inside is sub par. The fitting rooms are always dirty and the floors could use some mop and glow. I’m never greeted upon entry because they mostly have only one associate working and they’re always ringing another customer up. I’m sure it’s a payroll issue though. I’ll stick to using this location to pick up online reserves that The Woodlands doesn’t have.

The employees have always been helpful to me, but unfortunately the store seems to be missing certain sizes a lot. I also wish they had a GapBody section and a larger GapFit section, but I am pleased with their BabyGap section.

Get ready for the shortest review I’ll probably ever write. It’s amazing this store remains open. Stock is über-trendy with sizes that fit mostly waifs and slightly few other people in the population. Clothing is shoddily constructed, sewn and exorbitantly priced, even when it’s on clearance. Unsewn hems and collars on bolero jackets with long threads hanging off? Priced on sale at around $ 50? CHOKE. There is nothing of value to be found here. Sales staff greets you at the door but then vanishes faster than socks in your dryer. Hunt for clothes elsewhere. At least then you won’t walk out feeling as if you’ve stepped out of a peculiar realm.

Make sure that when you ask for a gift receipt, that the cashier gives you a gift receipt before you leave the store. My fault — I trusted. I don’t remember the cashier’s name but he’s the only male worker working the register at 6:14 pm today, Saturday. A woman who initially helped me was called to help in GapKids so another employee was asked to ring me up. The woman told him that I only have 4 items; the 3 items need gift receipt. After he rung up the 4 items he proceeded to reach for other items on the counter. I told him those are not mine. He said, «You don’t want them?» I replied, «No, those are not mine. They were already here on the counter». He then laughed. I don’t understand what was funny but I let it go. Then I get home and I start to wrap the items. I looked for the gift receipt — NONE. That my dear readers is customer service at Gap at the Champions location, a posh area. I should’ve gone to Target. The cashiers there are top notch in customer service.

the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. what is great about this location is that it never seems to be too busy. i don’t like crowds so going to place like this is nice. not a lot of lines to wait on. most important is competent staff and people who you can talk to and not have a blank look on their face.
