It is the worst place ever whatever you do DONT TAKEIT TO THEM!!!
I took my iphone plus to repair the screen FIRST the finger print didn’t work i took it to them 5 or 6 times still facing the same problem SECOND thing the phone doesn’t charge at all only 3%
They are a bunch of lier they ruin your phone.
Don’t waste your time at that place.

I had my screen replaced at the Kingwood location. Half of my screen did not work after so I brought it back to them, they replaced the screen again and my phone started having delayed response issues. I took it back a third time and they said it was an issue with a connector, so they worked on it for a day. When I got it back I was still having the same problems, delayed response to touch and parts of the screen not working at all. I brought it back a fourth time and they told me it was another connector attached to the motherboard and I would have to take my phone to this Westheimer location because it was the only one that does motherboard connector repairs.
I called this location Monday and they said they only take appointments on Sunday. I set an appointment for Sunday at 11am. I drove 40minutes down here, the store hours say Sunday 11 – 5 and no one is here. I call the Atascacita branch at 11:30 to tell them no one is here and they say someone will be here in 5minutes. An employee shows up at noon (30min not 5min) and tells me he can’t do the repair today and I will have to pick my phone up tomorrow. Needless to say I did not bother leaving my phone with them a fourth time.
A few questions I have for them: why didn’t they check the connectors the first two times they worked on my phone? Why didn’t they test my phone before giving it back to me each time? Why didn’t they figure out which connector was causing the issue before working on one that was not the source of the issue? How do you forget a customer appointment?
This is the single most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Great customer service, came in because I thought my iPhone 6 had cracked but they told me I was lucky cause I had a screen cover, and the screen cover had cracked. They helped me reconfirm it and replaced the screen cover at a discounted price. I highly recommend Gadget MD on westheimer. The service was quick and they were very helpful.

Great customer service! I took my iphone in for repair after I dropped it and could only get a blank screen. I went to the new location on Westheimer and Shueyb and a team member was able to repair my phone in just a few minutes. All my info in my phone was thankfully saved. I walked out with my phone looking like new again. Shueyb is the best. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Brought in my iPhone 6 and it was bent and in bad shape! The team there were phenomenal! They provided a 5 star service and went above and beyond for me! I recommend everyone to go here! They are all about the customer first! I even stayed in the store to chat with the team there while I had forgotten my fiancée in the car lol! My phone is like new now!
