What happened to Fuzzy’s? We were so disappointed with the pizza on our last visit. Our party was salting and adding extra sauce at the table. It was just terrible.

Their George and Barbara Bush pizza with artichokes are excellent. However, the crust is quite unimpressive and mediocre at best. Mildly overpriced for what you’re getting.

We ordered 2 slices of pizza, which took over 45 minutes to arrive. It was obvious from the taste of it that it was not freshly made either. Half burnt, they were just forgotten in the oven. Similarly, other customers were having the same wait times while the employees were more concerned with watching the football game. Poorly run, long wait, and the food is terrible.

Love this place! I like the Greek salad and slice of margherita pizza. The spinach pizza is great unless you don’t love garlic — they sauté the spinach and garlic before baking it on the pizza — so good and crispy on top!

I’ve been here a couple of times with my friends. Although I’m not entirely sold on the idea of the decorations inside this place, that does not affect the taste and the quality of these pizzas! The pizza toppings were bountiful and, the sauce was just the right amount of everything, and the crust was adequate. Not only were the pizzas good, I really appreciated how fresh everything looked, and tasted. I’ve tried many pizza places because I travel a lot, and I’ve gotta say. This is one of the better places I’ve had pizzas from. Especially in Houston. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality and the price of the pizzas(:

The regular pizza here seemed ok at first but I don’t know what it is about the toppings that make me feel like I ate a rock for dinner. Something is off with the cheese, other than the fact that its over abundant. In fact almost every single pizza place in Houston thinks it’s doing you a favor by doubling up on cheese. So I guess that is to be expected. I couldn’t even taste the sauce on the pizza. I saw that the pizza had sauce on it but I really couldn’t taste it. I just felt like it was a waste of calories to have this pizza and I felt major food guilt after I had it. Sad. Service was friendly and quite fast for a weekday evening around dinner time. Oh and the crust is decent. I know that there is definitely worse places to go for pizza.

Fuzzy’s reminds me of the old neighborhood type pizza joints. Maybe they’re not gourmet, maybe they’re not fancy and the décor is of an era past but the service is friendly and the food is consistent and good. That’s Fuzzy’s. Unsure of what we really wanted to eat for lunch we stopped in here because we had been wanting to try it. The guy taking orders and working the register was very friendly, helpful and patient as we chose what we wanted. Actually, he was friendly throughout our whole experience so kudos to him! We chose the basic pepperoni and mushroom, which is a good standard for testing a pizza place in America. Our pizza was baked in a timely manner and the employee delivered it to our table. We were quite pleased with it. The pepperoni was flavorful with just the right amount of good ol’ grease to it that makes American pizza American. The mushrooms added the perfect complement but then again, I love mushrooms. The cheese seemed fresh and had good stringiness and chewiness. The sauce was mild without being acidic or sweet. The thin crust was crisp with a buttery kind of flavor along the edges. I can’t complain. I asked for a to-go menu to look over while we waited for our food and to bring home and most everything listed looked good and worth trying out. The only item that didn’t appeal to me was their version of a Margherita pizza. Margherita pizza, to me, will never consist of a cream sauce. It just cannot. It must be true Margherita style for me or none at all. That isn’t to say their version is not good. It just isn’t prepared to my taste. I could probably order a custom version and if so, that’s what I would do here. The décor was heavy handed with plants but that’s fine because plants are pretty and good for the air. The place was clean and had plenty of room for individuals, couples or groups. Fuzzy’s is a cool place to come grab a dependable, good pizza whether for lunch or dinner. From the service to the food, we were pleased.

Casual local pizza place serves as my go-to pizza place in the area. My pizzas always have a generous amount of toppings and thick pieces of meat which is what I like. They usually have sports on the big screen television. During baseball season, I almost always see a little league team in there having a team dinner after a game.

Been going here since my youth, a great experience every time! Recently, I’ve been ordering their delivery, based on the speedy delivery drivers they seem to always have available.

We are not from Texas and were looking for some quality pizza, of the deep dish variety. Fuzzy’s is the best we’ve found here in Houston. Our favorite pizza they have is the deep dish, whole wheat, Healthy Pizza. It comes with chicken, veggies, and cheese. The crust is great. Firm, as a pice meant to be eaten with hands should be, but doughy in the middle of the crust. The atmosphere inside the building is a bit dated(pretty sure it’s ’91) but don’t let that fool you about some DELISH pizza!

I was all ready for this to be terrible, but in fact it wasn’t. I like the crust a little better than Pink’s, and the sauce(which, thankfully, is not sweet) much better. It’s still not *good* NY style pizza, but it’s basically acceptable. And it’s walking distance from my house. Plus, the atmosphere is like something from the ‘60s. Kind of gruff and tacky and funny and friendly. A good place to just relax.

This place is ok. Pizza was not that great. There are other places around Bellaire area that has better pizza. Our order took forever to come out.

It’s a decent pizza place. Lunch special of two meat lover’s pizza slices and a drink was less than 10 bucks. No way I could eat both slices of pizza. A great deal. The crust is along the lines of most places. Not thin; not thick. Not the prefab dough like some of the chains with the odd taste. Crust was crisp. It was loaded with toppings which is a plus. Slices are served on disposable plates. Interior is like an old family style restaurant. Basic 4 top tables. A little warm inside. One TV with the volume a little loud, but it would need to be to reach the back of the house. I’d go back.

The Greek salad was a little disappointing. They gave us plain Italian dressing with it, with a Greek salad? Now the pizza totally made up for it. It was seriously the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. The crust is so good and crispy. The pepperoni is so good and fresh. Overall it was a great experience. Great great pizza.

My girlfriend took me to Fuzzy’s– she grew up eating it often so it is one of those legendary places that remind her of childhood I think. The inside was very inviting to me for some reason– the tables, the décor, the counter, everything– I’m not really sure why. Now on to the food– we ordered garlic bread and pizza with whole wheat crust, which I’m not usually the biggest fan of. The breadsticks were ordinary and forgettable, so I don’t have much to say about them. The crust was good for whole wheat– a little doughy and crispy at the same time. I hate when I pizza tastes like toppings on a hard tortilla. The cheese was super good– I could tell it was high quality stuff. I’d like to go back at some point and try the regular crust– I think if I do I’ll be much higher on this restaurant.

We stopped in on Sunday night to order a pie to go. Chicago style with hamburger and lots of toppings. They told us our order would be ready in 25 minutes. Hmmm… that seemed a little fast to me for Chicago-style crust. Anyway, 25 minutes later we were back to pick up the pie. Took it home. Almost drooled all over it when we first opened the box. First bite was a totally different story… it was not baked all the way through! The crust was dough-y! We were able to remedy this issue by sliding it in the over for about 10 – 15 minutes, but this seemed like a poor oversight to me.
