Frontier Title Company

Only use this company if you are certain that your mortgage company is absolutely perfect. This title company lacks the ability to QC documents prior to closing and now we are saddled with a large tax bill a year and a half later. Phone calls made to the manager Trudy Bennet were met with resistance and blame on other parties. After talking to HCAD they informed us the title company should have known better. Another attempt to contact Bennett via email regarding this matter was met with another brush off saying it has nothing to do with them and no assistance offered. Thankfully she had forwarded to the corporate office who contacted me and is offering help. My advice avoid the Cypress office of Frontier Title if you want to avoid problems in the future.
