Not many places keep me thinking about them after just a sample. Froeschl’s cart was parked at a corner in the Rice Village, and I ran into it just after I had already hit up another(and far inferior) ice cream vendor. The guy saw my ice cream and offered a sample anyway(nice!). I tasted some peanut butter concoction, and now I’m dying to go back and get a full serving of something. Rich, smooth, not too sweet, packed with its respective ingredients. Seems like a small business, so I hope it gets the attention it deserves based on the quality.

I had the Double Chocolate Stout. Very soft texture and loaded with delicious brownie/cake chunks. Best chocolate-based ice cream I’ve ever had – no exaggeration.

I had the London Fog ice cream and tasted the Mayan Mudslide during HEB’s Food Truck Friday. The owner was very sweet and had great ideas for new flavors. I loved the London Fog. It’s a creamy vanilla swirled with Earl Grey tea. Next time I want to try the Raspberry Crisp. I will be back!
