The lobster sliders are one of top 5 food experiences of my life!!! Absolutely amazing! I would kick my grandpa in the junk for a lifetime supply!

Cheeseburger was tiny (not the ½ lb advertised) and was dry. The French fries was good but not crisp. Screaming Os was disappointing (the batter was thin and the whole thing was soaked in oil).
The one thing we liked was the lobster roll. It was small but tasted great.
Hope they will improve on their quality and consistency.

I tried them for the first time months ago I can’t wait til I have a chance to see them again.

Honestly I will give them 2 stars for effort. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo. It cost 1175. First impression is a lasting impression and there were 3 other people that ordered before me. The guy who took my order was very handsome but he did not smile or greet me or the customers ahead of me properly. The food was at the very best mediocre. The fish and shrimp were not seasoned to perfection or even close. They tasted saltless. They were also very grainy/​mealy. I wasn’t given a choice of hot sauce tartar sauce ketchup or anything like that. It is by far one of my least favorite food trucks in Houston. I guess I should have ordered the lobster rolls because that’s what everyone raves about. They should fish and shrimp until they perfect it… maybe they should only offer grilled shrimp and fish. I doubt that I’ll be back :-(

The Foodgasm truck is parked in front of my apartments today so I stopped in for dinner.
I ordered the lobster sliders and natural fries.
Holy Shitballs that lobster slider was packed with flavor. The lobster wasn’t overcooked and the hawaiian bun added to the taste and flavor profile. Phenomenal. When the guys handed me my food he said it was the best slider this side of the mississippi and he was right it’s damn good.
The fries were fresh cut and delicious with a little bit of spice.
If their credit card machine was working I’d go get another for tomorrow. YUM

I had the crab po’boy. It was delish, but they could have toned down the sauces a tad bit. Don’t want to over power the beauty of the soft shell crab.

I wouldn’t exactly say Foodgasm, more like food foreplay
I got a cheeseburger (no tomato, no mayo) added an egg and got a side of rings.
The rings are more breaded than battered, the ratio of onion to batter is off and you can’t really taste the beer. For $ 4 I’d opt for fries next time.
The burger was tasty, but the egg was over done and there was WAY too much mustard on that sucker.
There was a constant trickle of customers but I’m not sure there was enough peeps to warrant a 20 min wait for grub. The guy seemed to be doing it solo.
I’d try again, but would amend my order. If you call yourself Foodgasm, you gotta perform. Every time!
