I called to inquire about a repair to the rubber, flooring transition in our professional office. After speaking to and setting up the appointment with them, I received a phone call about 15 mins later. The lady that I set the appointment up with stated that she had spoken with the owner and was told that they were too busy to do such a small repair. No referral was given and my appointment was cancelled.
