My family sent me some wine and champagne glasses from overseas. They made it to this station, where they got mislabeled and got sent to Delaware instead of my house in Houston. Glasses got shattered in their transfer to Delaware. Truly disappointing that they were not able to send the box to the right place. The box made it from overseas to this office safe and because of their bad job it got sent somewhere else and glasses are now gone. No one even called me or the sender to notify about the status of the box. We just called to find out about the status of our box and after talking to multiple people be found about about the mistake of this office.

This is the worst shipping experience ever! Go ANYWHEREELSE! I have been in line for an hour and so far the idiot behind the counter has only been able to help 2 out of 10 people without having to apologize. There has been repeated requests for a manager with no one showing up. That and I have had to re-enter the line 3 times because I was given the wrong form from the counter!!! I tried electronically but evidently that easy to use system does not communicate with the counter at all. IFSHEDIDNTHAVEMYPACKAGEBEHINDTHECOUNTER I WOULDHAVEGONETOUPS! Never again
