I went to the store on SW Freeway near Greenbriar. Horrible!!! Hateful rude employees who couldn’t be bothered to help you. Then, they argued about how to send something overseas. They disagreed on which forms were needed. Pathetic company.

Manager is aggresive and only want to charge you for everything. Service is not helpful. I hope fedex corporate reads this review. After this I want to cancel my accounts

I believe in the FedEx Office business model — copy, print, ship all in one place. I have to thank this store when it used to be Kinko’s. I used the self service for printing, copying and faxing my résumés when I arrived in Houston. I didn’t know anyone else, but Kinko’s. Since then, they have added more features and changed the name. During my recent visits, I was not pleased with the lack of customer service. Right before Christmas, I printed a color copy from DropBox on one of the self-serve machine. It came out so washed out and spots all over the page. I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for the next available counter person for assistance. I went back New Year’s eve to complain. It was nice to hear that they will accept my file by email. But I never got a confirmation after I sent several times. I went back a week later, I spoke to the manager and got the situation corrected. He honored the credit on the faulty print and gave me a piece of advice — have someone fix the problem on the day it occurred.

What better way to have your first review as a 1 star review? If only 0 stars was an option. I don’t usually give such terrible reviews unless something really irks me and boy something really really irked me. I had 16 medium/large sized boxes to ship. They were all equal weight/size and packed ready to ship. All that needed to be done was to make some FedEx labels. I unloaded every single box inside the store. Every single employee stared at me hauling each box into the store without offering any assistance. This did not bother me too much. I then brought one of the boxes up to the counter and this is when the irking began. The manager, I believe her name was Cicorey, approaches me and tells me that the boxes are in terrible shape and that they will not ship them for me. WOW! Not only did every single box still have the box straps attached, but if she really felt this way, she could have had the decency to tell me after I unloaded the first box. I will attempt to translate what the manager meant by, «the boxes are in terrible shape.» Me: I want to ship these boxes via FedEx. FedEx manager said: I will not ship these boxes for you because they are in terrible shape. FedEx managed meant: I do not want to ship all these boxes because I am lazy and I will have to haul all of these boxes to the back and make labels for each box. Did you know it’s 2:00PM and my shift is ending soon? I rather relax than help the company I work for make money. I think I’m just going to go sit at my computer and check my facebook. Also, you should know that I am too good for physical labor. I then told her that I shipped these exact same boxes at this exact same location just last week. She then tells me, «well sometimes we accept them and sometimes we don’t, and today I’m not going to ship these for you.» She then proceeds to tell me I can try another location. Guess what I did? I took the exact same boxes to the FedEx Office at 8052 Westheimer and did not have a single issue. They accepted all my «terrible conditioned» boxes. Thanks for making my day that much harder FedEx(7509 Southwest Fwy).
