I just called store 2103 at SW Freeway, Houston TX. The lady answered the call, spoke fast, I was in the middle of speaking and she said hold please and put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me. All I needed was the email address so I could send graphics to get a quote. When I called back and told her she cut me off she was very rude and told me she put me on hold to help a customer. Well I too am a customer who required help. I will not be a customer now after that kind of customer service, I will take my business else where. If people don’t like helping people, they shouldn’t be in customer service positions.

Go to Starbucks for wifi, CVS to print photos, USPS to mail and ship, and Office Depot to fax. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
NO WIFI! There is a conmectuon but it is too slow to be deemed useful for any purpose WHATSOEVER.
Most equipment does not work or the innatentive employees don’t know how to get it to use it. If you have a question or need something shipped, prepare to wait in line for 15 minutes and to be completely unacknowledged by staff.
Been going here since 2003, was way better before Fedex bought Kinkos.

Inconsistent and unreliable! This is the worst fedex center I’ve ever been to. The employees are barely trained and give estimated guesses to their clients. I was told that I could not ship something that was delivered by FedEx because it contained a battery?! WTH? Then when I called to complain one of the employees attempted to argue with me over the phone and cut me off. I will be making a formal complaint when I stop by today since I couldn’t be heard on the phone; I bet it will be heard in person!

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 – 3 years printing maybe 100 – 150 bucks worth of flyers for my band per month. The customer service is often average to below average at best, but I can usually submit my order online and run in and out once it’s all finished with few issues. (Plus it’s right next to my office) Today however, was a disaster of M. Bay action movie levels. My order wasn’t boxed yet (despite getting an email 20 minuted before saying it was done) and half of the order was misprinted. They cut of text right in the middle on the bottom. Despite being shown on line that it was all fine (it was sized in Photoshop exactly for the document size being printed), this was somehow all my fault and required me to pay a fee to fix it. I refused and asked for my money back. (in the past, they have cut off part of the image… or printed the colors incorrectly, and all they did was redo it while I waited) That sent the entire staff hiding, including the manager running (literally) out of the store to let some lady with a «Trainee» badge deal with it all. Only one I called the customer service number did I get my refund. Never heard a sorry, never got a offer to fix anything… just a lot of people shrugging shoulders. Also this whole situation took almost 40 minutes, with no end result. Retail companies teach your employees to be proactive and empower them to make choices! You just lost a customer for life… over something that could have been fixed in 5 minutes.

also, there’s construction next door so parking is always an issue. no spaces for customers… yet there are customers inside waiting in long lines so thus the circle of torture ensues

My wife and I both use this FedEx Office location on a regular basis for work with her visiting weekly and myself visiting 3 – 4 times a week. The staff at #2103 all do a tremendous job taking care of us. I want to recognize the staff for always doing their best to handle any situations that are thrown at them, whether it be an extremely busy store, a system that has gone down, or an irate customer.
The process I use to ship product out for work can be a bit cumbersome and confusing for those who haven’t gone through the process. Everyone on this team whom I’ve challenged with my strange process has been up to the task and have gotten my needs taken care of.
This crew is hard working and deserves every bit of recognition they receive.

Horrible customer service. Took 5 min for an associate to help me at the counter while they just talk to each other and look at me. Couldn’t even help me printing a couple papers, just told me to do it on a machine while in past the associate would do it for me on the spot. And had to do it twice and charge twice due to error on machine.

I’m standing here, waiting for service after being charged by the minute to use a computer, access my email & print out a document. Went to check printer before logging off only to find one printer not working & other printer out of paper. I walked up to the counter, where at least one person was standing doing nothing & asked for help out loud. I was ignored by the person doing nothing, so I asked her specifically to help, at which point I was cut off by another clerk & condescendingly told, «Ma’am, we’re all helping customers.» I have now been standing by the printers for almost 10 minutes while they help everyone who walks in, instead of coming back to put freaking paper in the printer.
Update: after walking back up & being told they thought someone had helped already, the clerk came back & loaded the paper. She was very helpful from that point & even gave me a discount on copies. First impressions are lasting ones, and theirs wasn’t great but they redeemed themselves with good customer service in the end.

Horrible. Machines won’t take credit /​debit cards, put lines on pages and they don’t have enough help to take care of customers. Taking my business elsewhere!

This place has the worst customer service and never has enough employees working, and the ones who are working have bad attitudes. The only thing it’s good for is dropping off your pre-​paid FedEx shipment. Otherwise, if I were you, I’d take my business where the customer service is important.

Printers don’t work properly, half of them are out of order and the staff refuse to help.
Plus if you tell them to print for you, super rude and unhelpful and don’t quite know what they’re doing but will not listen even if you know how to print what you want.
Plus, on top of it all I think it was the manager who helped me out so can’t even complain to anyone since he’s the one running the horrible business anyways.

Had a very complicated order to print out and the employees were so helpful and patient with me. They spent quite a while trying to solve a problem with the pictures being printed with such a positive attitude. Chasitee, the employee that helped me, was wonderful! Take your business there, they are efficient, pay attention to detail, and have great customer service!

Had my first high-​priority print job with Fedex, and thanks to Sheila and this team, I will be back again. I needed 20 high-​quality color copies of a large (100-​page) booklet, and I needed them overnight. Not only did this Fedex accommodate my order, which came in at midnight atop an already busy evening for them, but they really went above and beyond. My booklets were done ahead of schedule, and with zero effect on quality (as luck would have it, due to paper substitutions on their end, my booklets ended up being even nicer than I had anticipated). Sheila was absolutely fantastic – knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful (even through my frantic 2am calls), and proactive in noticing flaws in my submission file and getting me to fix and resend. My highest compliments, and most sincere thanks!

I usually go here when I have something to print of fax late at night when my apartment office is closed.
It’s located on the corner of Greenbriar and 59, and its open 24 hours.
They have the little store in the back and computers to work on. It charges by the minute with your debit/​credit card. The printers print BW and color charges are different for each.
I mean its a cool place. Some people go there and stay like its an internet café. I wouldn’t quite call it that. To me it’s a place to print copies, fax documents, buy packaging supplies and mail items after hours.

Instead of the manager worrying about the employees yelling «hello, welcome to FedEx» he should first make sure they know how to do their primary job and that’s ship packages correctly. In the employee’s defense, she was new and I am part of a discount program. But the employee who knew how to do this had a bad attitude and didn’t seem to care and actually walked away before the transaction was completed. I didn’t receive the discount which is fine, but the problem I had was I asked for 2 day AIR but instead got 3 day GROUND!!! It didn’t realize this until I got home and it was too late. This was a basic request and it was done incorrectly. So if this location is reading this make sure you employees know the basics of shipping before they are turned loose to accept freight!

It seems impossible for the employees to process in a timely manner. I waited in line only to be told I needed a different form. That’s fine. If the first person I spoke with had told me 10 minutes ago. I would have been 100% ready with all forms needed. I was very clear on where I was sending both times.

Aside from convenient location and hours, this FedEx doesn’t have much going for it. The machines are frequently out of order and the staff are hard to find and inattentive. When you do catch someone who works there, they are neither helpful nor pleasant. If there were another FedEx nearby I would use it, but unfortunately I’m stuck with this one.

We were trying create our own wedding invitations in order to save a buck and enlisted this location to help us out. FAIL. EPIC FAIL. Each time they contacted us, they had a new issue with our order that they failed to tell us about the time before, and each time this happened, we moved to the end of the line. We spoke with them a few times a day and visited to look at proofs for about 4 days attempting to create these invitations. When all was said and done, we spent FAR more than we had anticipated. The staff was unbelievably rude and had NO KNOWLEDGE of their computer software or how to give instruction to customers regarding specifications for their order.
This was a miserable experience and we STRONGLY discourage others from having to go through the headache we did.

I’m not surprised by the other less than stellar reviews. The only thing this location has going for it is being open 24 hours.
Late night deadlines and needs after regular store hours is what has brought us to this location several times. The people that Fedex has working here are just plain stupid, uneducated and untrained. I think the only thing they know how to do is take your money!
We came in with what you would think is the simplest of requests for a printing company. We wanted to know their options for paper, maybe something in a glossy heavy paper was what we had on our minds. The man we talked to couldn’t seem to believe or understand what heavier paper was. I had to explain paper weight measurement to him and he acted like I was speaking another language. The thought of glossy paper just blew his mind! According to him they do not have any paper besides what they put in the copy machines, so regular white 20# paper. Um WHAT?! How would this make sense? He actually believed that what we were asking for didn’t exist!
Seriously! We went to Office Max the next day.

I’ve been using this FedEx for a coupla years now. Every experience has either been a stellar five stars — or a meh. I guess it all depends on who’s helping you out.
This past time, my $ 600 print job was kinda messy (the alignment of the cutting). There was no need to complain. I was in a hurry, so I let it go. But two days later when I submitted my second order, this cool kid, Dennis, called me up before processing it and gave me some better options. And I really appreciated that. Print job was perfect.
They’re open 24-​hours, and when you submit your online order, it’s ready within a few minutes to just a couple of hours.
