While the initial impression was good– found 2 stylists I like and 2 sweet ladies who did eyebrows, the turn over is so high, it is very concerning. Last 2 times I wanted to have a hair style a Middle Eastern lady wanted to do my hair. She is not certified to do the hair in US and she is a cosmetologist in her country. Nothing against out of states training but they need to get through some licensing here.

Lovely atmosphere, clean. Went here because i had a groupon for eyebrow threading. I called to make an appointment and they told me to just walk in. So when i got here there is one other lady in the waiting area, also for threading. They told her it would be another 5minutes and 10minutes for me. We wait for about 15minutes until she complains that she’s waited over an hour now. They take her after another 8minutes. I wait 15minutes for her to finish so i can go. The lady who did my brows was middle eastern, very sweet, good english, did not push other service too much. My brows turned out great
The second time i went was the same. Was told a 10minute wait. Got there at 10:55am and wasnt taken in until 11:45.
This salon is good, but im really annoyed by how they handle appointments and walk ins. I called to make an appt specifically so i wouldnt have to wait but in the end waited over half an hour.
Pro– first time anyone doing threading has asked me to sanitize my hands as well. Because you do have to touch the skin around the eyes to do threading. Parking is open and available.
Con– the WAIT, and employees dont care to keep checking up on guests in the waiting area.
Dont go here if you have things planned afterwards. Make sure you have at least an hour and a half to spare.

I made a Unilocal account just to right this! I’m sorry to say do NOT go here to get your hair done I just moved from Dallas and am a student at university of Houston. While looking for a salon this place was close to my apartment and looked nice but that is not the situation. The manager ended up cutting my hair the wash was messy and while «teaching» talking to a makeup artist the whole time she was doing my hair she ended up cutting it all off when all I asked for was a trim. On top of all that she didn’t even finish my hair!!! she left 75% in and gave me to another stylist to finish «blending» my cut and styling it. It was a such a bad experience I need to share it! I called them and they said they cant give me my money back but can give free service so I went in to get my eye brows threaded and they turned out great! that’s the only good thing I can say about this place… **I still cant fix my hair and feel beautiful like before.
